I'd have to disagree, meme words aren't slang that are used in normal day to day conversations, they pretty much stay in the online space exclusively. It's like if someone started talking in emotes/emojis, it's quite awkward, especially when in this context it's the guy's thoughts.

Yeah, I'd typically agree with you here. Maybe something like "she thinks I'm some sort of masturbating monkey" or a "slave to my cock" would more firmly stick as an insult that isn't that fad based.

However, if the phrase used in the original work is some sort of slang as well, it does make sense that the translation is essentially language found on chat/stream sites. It might not age well, but the original likely wouldn't either. Translation can be a pain to do accurately when language shifts and changes. There is no one right answer in this case.
