This could go in the request forums but seeing as it's an Eroge it's likely fine, might be nice to put in the heading that this topic is a help request.Change your computer to display time in Japanese format. Do this by going to control panel->Clock,language,Region->Change the date, time, or number format. If you are having the same problem I had with this Eroge then this should work, otherwise I would need more information such as where you downloaded it, if your anti-virus blocked something(in which case reinstall), etc.
