I had to cite an ebook mla style. It was awful, I had to count the paragraphs until I reached the various intext sections I had originally paraphrased using the location numbers. I cant believe mla thinks the set up is okay. Forcing people to count 60 paragraphs manually is not okay!

Not sure youll find anyone willing to do koihime just because the previous titles have already been localized and Im sure the newer one is already liscenced in NA. So any fan translation would get scrapped. Not sure about Boing but I remember it having a localized anime.

But yeah if you want to work on fan-translations for vns Id be on the look out for openings in already existing translation groups and new projects to start out. They can help show you the ropes etc. You could attempt to find interested people on major internet hubs as well to create a new group but the game would have to be something that generates enough interest without being too big a project to undertake. It would also be sort bumpy at first I imagine. and it is probably hard to find people who are only interested in the technical patch coding etc aspect of the project though I could be wrong. Maybe you could go about learning how to approuch this part of the process as well but I cant really provide any direction there since my own position is kind of similar to yours. Good luck.

Maybe entertainment needs to be defined better? If you mean tv, film, media etc I download stuff from various sites, nyaatorrent etc or purchase an actual copy of it. So most of my media consumption is done offline actually. Gaming, watching stuff, reading etc.

Could just be an inconsistency invited by Nasu when he was more of an amature writer starting out since he wrote fate back when he was in his early 20s I think.

A good example of a foreigner in recent anime is in tari tari. The male exchange student was actually a really interesting and amusing character as opposed to the often stereotypical potrayal of foreigners or the recent moe ones like kudo in little busters where theyre more just rehashed genre archetypes with the foreigness added as a trait to give them an interesting backstory to develop.

I played it a few years ago. I dont still play it but I would have no problem picking it again sometime if I didnt have oodles of other interesting games to play and stuff to read. So I voted yes since my option isnt up there..

Siddhartha 3/10 It had the worst acting Ive seen in a while and if I hadnt read the novella Idve been lost mostly. The bad acting did make it mildly amusing though.

15 of the 20 new buckethead albums released this year. Im sorta in a closest of weeb and buckethead related music ignorant to most other releases.

Yeah, I agree 20 is a bit much for one year, but they havent suffered in terms of quality because of it. Many of them are sort of forgetful though almost intentionally because, as part of his Pikes series, 11 of the albums are just a number and all of the tracks on said almubs are similarly numbers lacking titles.. But each of the albums sorta goes a different route stylistically, one even mixed dubstep with his usual experimental metal and avantgarde antics.
Still dont like dubstep but yeah it was alright mixed in.

Most of the music I listen to is pretty energized so I could only think of sad songs from anime and visual novels, made all the sorrowful because I attach them to my memory of the actual events they relate to in the mediums.

I picked silent sorrow from saya no uta. The scene it is used in in the eroge is one of the most tear inducing things Ive ever encountered.



Coming in second would be some of the sad songs from clannad, not sure which, and the piece that plays during the climax of haibane renmei: Nightmare, parting, loss.
