The story and characters weren't as memorable in 3, the levels were poorly made and focused solely on geo puzzles that were more annoying than difficult. Every other part of the game was good, I also didn't like buying skills instead of earning them
It's probably my least favorite in the series but I still liked it. You use mana to buy your skills in Disgaea 4 by the way.
Ive played 4, I love the Disgaea series but there has been stuff in the recent games that irritates me.
Well, there's always Disgaea Dimension 2 to look forward to.
