Amazon Japan doesn't ship internationally. You need to use middle-man service and that may get a bit expensive.
About eBay I don't know since I never used it.

Sadly, sometimes is pretty hard to get some games even if we want to buy them. Then again, I don't know japanese and there might be there some sites in japanese that have available copies and that ship internationally.

Btw, you got the link to the VNDB page wrong. Remove the "):" from it and add them outside the url tag.

Meanwhile, I read some interesting things about this game. I should eventually give it a try.
