If it wouldn't change the effect of the 41th precincts of napa county... how is it gonna effect the 30,000 other precincts in cali alone. That why voter fraud can ever work.... to many ballot to stuff. The electronic voter booth seem to be where you can fuck with large numbers if the counties didn't know the amount of voters in that area.

Even if we go by a congressional district based system where who win the 16th California district wins that electors point... it doesn't change the fact that only 40 times the electoral and popular vote was on par. It's not like it only was talked about when it happen. 1976 they try to reform it. 1954 they tried to repeal it. I just don't see why the oldest way of electing isn't outdated over what states points you win vs the majority of votes. Fuck it let's make the states even. From California to Rhode Island. The same 3 points to a majority. It not like the 'Great compromise' is necessary now of days. We don't consider a black man to be 3/5 of a human anymore.
