Its been asked before and i believe they said if it sells well enough they may do it but so far none of any doujins sold have done well enough to be made into a physical copy not that they've done bad just not to whatever degree they need it too.

All the doujins we got were for anime expo and whatever was left were sold in the store. The only one that fits that statement was Hanafuda and that didn't happen because Jacob couldn't figure a way to sell it without credit card payments. Just like ntr2.

Now the only other physical doujin not an exclusive for anime expo was woof's I wanna know which was the orginal japanese copy.

Answer is it depends. I have both, but usually they're stapled. The big circles can afford the glued book binded ones but i haven't seen many. Usually all the comiket and convention doujinshi are b5 size(7x10). Quality varies. Lately they are better but it's all on who printing and the rush. Top circles are printed on good paper but you will see different rushed prints.
