Even mandarake is affected by paypal and credit card fraud. I want to order something but they don't accept credit unless i sent them a copy of the card, my paypal(even though they say it not paypal payable) and id. Too much i'll wait until amazon gets it or just proxy.

Well if has your name then maybe it will work because you can be a minor to have a credit card even if you have a bank account... at least here. That would be a age verification, but the credit processor may want an actual credit verification. This is a jacob question.
