You mean you changed the card info on your subscription page or the auto renewal process? On both it might be a time between months or fakku servers/card subscription servers are lagging. You may want to pm jacob if it been over a few hours.

Depending on your bank/credit company or if you use bitcoin, it might take sometime. Sometimes fakku server lags or the card company does. Rule of thumb is if you don't see the success page and or been over two hours contact Jacob via pm. There may be someone else but idk which one.
