No way your insulin supply would last anywhere near that long. Even if you stole everything a pharmacy had you would run out. For the most part you'd have to ration your meds and supplement that by working out(like running).
Im on Metformin. Only had to use insulin while ago rarely now except they have me using the long lasting nighttime shit to help after the infection. Three months to fix my a1c numbers.
But yeah pills and insulin will rot and there be no more production. Just have to limit all carbs and sugars or just die.
