The cost someone to ship to outside US at Priority Mail International® Flat Rate Envelope(which is the cheapest EMS) would be 23$. 10$ for first class/SAL. Flipland was the delivery site. So 20+10=30 Basically the same price. Depends on location i guess.

It was a ongoing series on comic penguin by Shinobu Tanei I never found a japanese title i could search for but a chinese site all it 365 Sister-in-law pet and variants on that title. But here the comic mag rip with the story from that pic. Hopefully some one will translate or a tank of the total story is maded soon.
