It's up to Pumpkin on this one as far as I could find was that she has a name and a picture. No personality ,backstory or any other character background. Seems to me she's just artwork with a name.

She's nothing but a mascot for the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (yes, mascot for their real armed forces; that's not a series name). I'm not to sure on how many Mascots get back-stories, or how much would be needed to claim one; the only other mascot to really be mentioned much is Sonico, but even she had a game pretty early on.

Also; you called Jack "Pumpkin".~ Like, a pet name, not a nickname (due to him being "PumpJack" not "pumpkin").
