My last challenge was too easy so I made it harder this time. I don't have alot of free time lately so i'm gonna start giving my rep out with things like this.
I think a rep log would be great. If I was - repped by someone then yes I would ask them why. Would i - rep them? Depends really. If I offended them in someway then no I wouldn't derep them. If anything I'd say I was sorry. But, if they had no reason then just I felt like it then hell yah I'll derep them, Randomly derepping people is a dick move.

I think we need rep to count for something. Every other forum either has a special area that is only for people with high rep or something else to reward those that have contributed to the site and have accumulated a large amount of rep.
