Never really heard of that issue. However, I have seen some aesthetic differences in the following games.

FTL: Faster Than Light
Spoiler:
Space sim where you have to take a ship and its crew to places. When a room in the ship runs out of oxygen, it turns into a bright red colour with dark red stripes across it to signify it's a vacuum. However, that's only for my legit Steam version. In my brother's torrented version, the stripes aren't there, making sure that you have to look carefully to see which rooms are vacuums.


Rougue Legacy
Spoiler:
Platforming roguelike where each character you choose has certain traits (shit wrong with them). Coprolalia is where your character swears too much. However, in a friend's torrented version, it's written as Tourette's, which was the previous name they used for it, before changing it to Coprolalia.

Transformers would count as characters since they appear with their own sentience for the entire duration of their appearance, and can't really by piloted. However, pilotable mechs with a sentient AI installed in them (A.D.A. in Jehuty, Chamber K6821 in Ledo's Machine Caliber) count.

As for the gattai/combine problem, I've decided to make both units and combined forms separately claimable. For example, one can claim the Gurren Lagann, while someone else can claim the Gurren standalone.

I know what you mean here but I also know that things have to be very very exact in the waifu game. And so technically you got the series wrong. Nepgear wasn't in the first of the games called Hyperdimension Neptuina. She wasn't a character until Hydimension Neptunia Mk2. A second game. If you had meant the anime then you have to put "The Animation" at the end of Hyperdimension Neptunia. Otherwise it means the first game which Nepgear wasn't in. Sorry if I sounded rude but thought I should clarify that for you so it doesn't cause you trouble.


He doesn't have to. He could easily mean the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise as a whole.
