Yeah... that was a topic of discussion earlier this afternoon.
I don't know what part of the world most users are from but for 3/4 of the US the game started at midnight or later.
It's also a matter of not a lot of older users playing the game anymore, hence me loosening up the game a little to attract some newer users.
