Hmm... the only real staff addition was Sindalf (now a Global Mod as well). Promotions were given to Waar and Tegumi in my time as a regular user; Matt was a bit more active, and Nikon... not as much, if I recall.

The Bounts Arc is one the least favorable in the series. It's mostly better after that, except the Zanpakuto Arc. That one's just... *shudders*

Yeah. I don't know, I just never really caught on with the whole ability to bring out zanpakutos and have them be free of their shinigami.
I meant the character designs themselves, forget their involvement in the arc. I think that was the only part Tite Kubo himself supervised/worked on.
