Other than training, these are all proper tags in E-Hentai and ExHentai. You can find almost anything in the latter, but it's a little tricky to get access to it.

For training, you can try the tags human pet and slave.

Personally, you can go for the doujin series Public Toilet. It seems to cover pretty much everything you want.

No. Assuming you didn't change anything (folder name/file names/etc.), when you re-download the torrent, uTorrent should recognize the files you've already downloaded, then pick up where it left off downloading.
