As for your main question, there's a problem. What exactly do you mean when you say "worst" in terms of NTR? Because quite frankly, anyone who rages too much at NTR and then harasses the genre as a whole are just weak-minded fools who need to read the tags before reading the doujin. I'm not saying you do that (as far as I've seen), but trust me, I've seen worse. Idiots bitching about it everywhere in this section.
Now, for my own thoughts on this, I rate NTR differently from most other hentai. Other than character development and art quality, I consider an NTR to be "good" if it DOES make me rage, because that's the whole point of NTR: to get you to like and/or relate to the characters, and then tear that away from you, making you all butthurt (only if you let it). If an NTR does that properly, it's good in my books. So if, by "worst", you actually mean the most rage-worthy, then I'll mention what I consider the "best" NTR series: I Will Protect You by Nagare Ippon. That made me rage hard the first time I read it.
If, by worst, you mean "bad quality and characters; not very rage-inducing", then I got nothing. I've read more NTR since that one, but most were pretty weak, and had almost the same plot.
I just read the last chapter and that ending is fucked up in a very weird way.

I love Discipline and seeing that story was horrible, especially seeing how lighthearted the anime is.
Made me wonder though, what happened to Takeru's supernatural growind dick in that? Usually it saves the day foor him.
I should rewatch Discipline, it was good.

You can get information from people who have experienced it to glean information so you don't have to experience it yourself. For the sake of example, the guy next door is addicted to heroin. I've seen what it does to people and users told me about the experiences they've had with it. Have I tried it? No. Will I try it? No.
Some mix of both two is what I do for anime. I research the synopsis and staff and cast, then ask others how they think it'll be. If it can get past my initial filter, then I pick it up to form a solid opinion on it (and that involves watching the whole damn thing). If not, I let it go, never really experiencing if it's actually any good or not.
Also, heroin's quite the extreme "example", could have just said weed or something.

So this ended recently, and I finished. I'll be referencing some spoilers, so don't open them unless you've seen the anime up to its finale, or just don't give a damn.
Up until the last few episodes, Wixoss was actually going to be an 8/10 that could have become a 9/10. BUT NOPE! Instead of going for the despair route that I was hoping for, around episode 10 and 11, I realized that they might try for a happy ending instead. Okay, I thought. No big deal. It won't be the 9 I was hoping for, but 8 is still a solid score.
Come the last few minutes of the last episode... I shit you not, my jaw dropped so fucking hard...
... needless to say, I got baited and trolled hard by J.C. Staff and Okada. Because of that ending, I'm now having to withhold my final rating of the show until further notice. Or maybe until I recover my mind, I don't know.

Compelling political and war drama with great character development = OK, worth a shot
Compelling political and war drama with great character development with robots in the background = NOPEFUCKYOURSHIT
There's being mindful of other people's tastes and still pitching something to them in a way that makes them want to at least try it, and then there's giving the finger to someone at just the mention of a taboo word.
