I hate to say it, but that explains literally nothing, but the origin. Not what it means, or anything. It's a great big pile of bad... Usually that website has some good info on what it means/ the context
The fact that it explains nothing should have been your first hint that, ultimately, it really does mean nothing. At the same time, it could be anything, from a taunt to a battle cry to just plaiin nonsense.

How either of these two managed to be porn stars not based on appearancers to begin with is beyond me.
Simple (on the Western front, at least). Jeremy used to do porn in a time when even the hottest man in the industry wasn't that much better off than him, and you also have to understand that the guy looked somewhat decent back then himself. That, and classic porn was more about raw sexuality and function than most of the overacted features seen these days recorded on higher quality cameras to make them look better.
