yes. it's particularly different. there's nothing after death, and while you may feel your life is currently shit, you'll always hope for a better tomorrow. While that hope exists your current and future life will have a value beyond nothing.

since it'd be a social guild to start, not particularly. It's an MMO, and probably half of the people saying they're going to be playing will stop after a month or so.

Since you can join multiple guilds I for sure will be making a fakku one since Tegumi isn't and tsujoi is slacker a-number-one. And those two would be my first choices for leader of a fakku guild.
