Seems like Naoki would make a good corporate spy. He did state in the beginning that the director had gotten himself into a pickle and he didn't want her swept up in the mess.
Pretty perceptive that the bottom rung of the ladder noticed that the top rung was about to burst into flames and all he wanted to do was to get Kyouka away from the director so she wouldn't be too burned in the aftermath and because she was so full of herself he had to use the tactics as laid out in the story to get her to move.
Or Naoki is just a scumbag who wanted to get his hands on those Grozny Groobies and everything else in the story is just coincidence.
