It's far from April 1st, so I doubt this is some joke.
The official announcement:
It's not like people will never be able to read manga via the internet ever again. I've seen no such announcement on mangafox, animetake, etc.
However, what do people think about this?

I remember this one because of the art. I thought the story was good, but the artist paid ridiculous detail to art. Her eyes are ridiculous.

Kid was sixteen. He knew what he was doing. If Chile allows the death penalty, he flat out deserves it. Of course, this is going to be interpreted as an act of passion, or temporary insanity, and it'll definitely get moved down to second-class murder. Add in his age, and his agreeing to go to anger rehab, and boom, it's now manslaughter.
Seeing how the article states he could get five years, all that probably happened. Five years for killing your brother over who gets to use the playstation. What's wrong with people. The kid's fucked up to begin with. So's the penal system for letting him by with a slap on the wrist.

I function in the mornings only after intaking a cup of coffee.
Have done so everyday for years...and presumably until I die.

I'm going to summarize an article I read.
Source: http://www.rhrealitycheck.org/blog/2010/02/19/utah-passes-bill-that-charges-women-for-illegal-abortion-or-miscarriage
The state of Utah outlawed a woman intentionally trying to miscarriage about two weeks ago. This suit came about because a seventeen year old girl paid a man $150.00 to beat her to induce a miscarriage. Obviously she was desperate and her sanity could be questioned.
Utah's notorious for being a bit different regarding topics of this nature than the other states. Probably could attest it to the deep Mormom roots the state has. If it's not that, I quickly apologize. No intention whatsoever to insult anyone in any fashion. Just want debating.
Supposedly it's commonplace to make it illegal for the woman to have someone else help her miscarriage. Here, the word 'miscarriage' differs from 'abortion'. An 'induced miscarriage' is done without a doctor; an 'abortion' with one.
This law potentially can wreak havoc on the psyche of a pregnant woman. For example, a pregnant woman who falls down the stairs could be charged with attempted murder with this law.
Ridiculous, no?
Discuss. Please? :)

I think it's fine.
Just a quick fyi; I'm South Korean, and when I worked for a South Korean automotive parts company this past summer, some of the guys there told me that South Korea has 100 Mb/s internet speeds for 20 dollars a months. I thought he was joking, but then one of the guys proved it to me by going to his provider's website and showing me the subscription details.
Imagine...100 Mb/s. lol. Get a movie in eight seconds. Too bad most computers can't handle that. I think the fastest my computer copies a file is 20 Mb/s, so I assume my max download speed on my computer is somewhere around that too.
You have to differentiate between Mb (Mega bit) and MB (Mega Byte)!
100 Mb/s is actually only 12.5 MB/s, and that is the theoretical maximum, which you will never get, so if you have 100 Mb/s you could expect max 10 MB/s if you are lucky (there has to be someone with a 100 Mb/s upload you can download from..)
lol. I was recently informed of my error and go to correct my post and someone knew of my mistake already. Nice. Yes, you're correct. I'm going to +rep you for being knowledgeable.

Yeah I'm going with School Rumble. Great comedy, romance, characters, and action.
Oh the action.
School calvary war + night war games at school = better action than 95% of all action oriented anime.
That guy knew how to live!
