I'm going to say yes, since anything seems possible in Kubo's world of Bleach. So a Quincy becoming an arrancar or shinigami is very likely to happen. Except we would probably never know he/she was a Quincy unless Kubo wanted to inform us that.

[Edit] I checked out the whole gallery in the links provided. Basically I don't find anything that I don't like except:

1st: I like it

2nd: The right breast seems somewhat weird in proportion and because of how it is like, the girl seems like she is muscular.

3rd: I like it, but I think you could better. Like the costume idea you made though, even if it was inspired by DearS. Also nice alien language, =P

I can see you tried to use a new style of or something with coloring maybe? The legs seem a bit plain to me. Also if it weren't for the lips on the demon girl, then I would have though it was a demon boy. Put more emphasis on her chest to make her be noticed that she is a female. Background seems plain, but again I'm guessing you trying something new. Keep at it.
