> I looked into Visa and MasterCard prepaid cards, but those have fees and I need to provide personal information to use them.

Maybe try looking for non-reloadable gift cards? You may need to provide information to get the card, but after that it isn't necessarily linked to you. If you do this, probably try a smaller amount first to make sure the payment works. I imagine you can't get away from the fees though.
1 depends on FAKKU, I guess. Personally I like knowing what my transactions are and seeing charges on my bank statement that are difficult to recognize is a hindrance. Your concern is definitely valid though.

2 is just false or you were exaggerating. While the vanilla tag is the most common, less than 40% of manga in the subscription are tagged vanilla. Because vanilla is the most popular type of content, I think it's very important to have a lot of it because that encourages FAKKU's growth. Putting that aside, FAKKU just publishes whatever goes into the magazines. Probably the best way to add more non-vanilla manga to the subscription is to suggest adding a magazine with mostly non-vanilla content. The most recent partnership included Girls forM which is pretty non-vanilla so perhaps FAKKU is ready to branch out at this point. I think your criticism is fair but it's a little exaggerated.

So the games you buy will be on a client by FAKKU or a key to redeem on Steam?

Neither. You download an installer executable and it unpacks the game on your system. No platform, no DRM.
Thanks for adding your picks @GODsHandOnEarth

I think I also want to add the Sister for Each Season series to my list. It's currently my favorite ongoing series and it's truly awesome. If you're reading this and don't know what I'm talking about, you need to check it out.
It's probably in the pipeline somewhere. I doubt anyone "forgot" about it. I would imagine it will probably be out within a week or two.
Wow, looks like Z-Ton's book was a real hit. Well deserved.
Vote for your favorite FAKKU book of 2017!

On second thought this seems a little unfair as some people probably have multiple favorites. I found it difficult to pick any one choice myself. But FAKKU polls don't support approval voting therefore the results do not reflect the true popularity of any title. It's just for fun really.

Also feel free to explain your choice if you wish to.

My pick is between Melty Maiden, Whispers After Class, and Let Your Smile Bloom. I think I'm going to go with Let Your Smile Bloom.

Melty Maiden by Toroshio
I wasn't very familiar with Toroshio-sensei's work going into this one. And I generally don't prefer full color manga, because they tend to be shorter. But wow, this book was pure eye candy. Really pleasant to look at. Definitely recommended.

Whispers After Class by Hinasaki Yo
This book is a nice mix of cute, sexy, fun, and even mystery. Brilliant artwork. One of my favorite artists for sure.

Let Your Smile Bloom by Akinosora
This book is a bit of a rollercoaster, given the NTR themes mixed in with vanilla ones. I found some parts very pleasant and others hard to swallow. But overall it tells a pretty good story with ups and downs. And it's drawn by Akinosora-sensei, who makes it all very beautiful. Recommended, if you can stomach the darker parts.
Merry Christmas, everyone!

2017 is just about over so I think we might as well have a little run through of all our favorite manga this year. Please list all your favorite manga from the subscription this year, along with any artists whose work you thought was outstanding.

Since I already did a mid-year roundup, I'll be picking mostly from the latter half of the year.

My favorite manga of 2017
My Master is a Naughty Brat by Ishikawa Shisuke. I love this maid. Her smug facial expressions and the artwork really made this for me.
Just Like You by Takashi. Takashi-sensei's work tends to be pretty saddening but this one (despite being controversial) I thought was really nice. Most of the time you get hit with a really sad or dark story and the manga ends there. You're left to sit there and let it sink in and feel negative emotions. This one hits you at first but takes it in a different direction. I really appreciated that.
Thrill by Takemasa Takeshi. Takemasa Takeshi-sensei has a talent for drawing borderline insane girls and they look so good.
The Office Lady Centaur and Her Little Junior by Mizone. Epic. Centaur. Girl. That's all you needed to know.
Frills, Lace, and Something Lovely by Aoi Miharu. Nice little story.
Carnal Reading Girl by Thomas. It's Thomas.
Female Shelter by Tarazoo. This one was just so heartening. How could I not? Tarazoo-sensei is fantastic.

My favorite artists of 2017
212 - Oh man I just love this artist's style. Sexy onee-chans for days. Definitely one of my favorites this year.
Koppori Nama Beer - If this artist wasn't already on your radar, you must be missing out! Lovely stories, lovely artwork. Gush worthy.
Ikuhana Niro - I'd be shocked if their work hasn't yet caught someone's eye. Outstanding stories and cute art style. Really extraordinary work here.

I wanted to do them quarterly at one point but it's become a half year thing, I guess.
This is a hell of a longshot but I'd like to see you rescue the English version of Millennium War Aigis. It's an online gacha game so that's already probably a no but it's one of my favorite games and I thought I'd mention because I'd love to see it survive. The original Japanese game on DMM is chugging along, however the English version is being taken offline... within a few days.

Nutaku, the current licensee, reported that while the game has a sufficiently large player base they weren't getting enough revenue. I suspect the truth is pretty complicated but one thing is clear. There has been a staggering lack of investment on the Western version of the game. The JP version has loads of features and content that never made it over to this side. Despite dwindling revenues, it never seemed like the developers made any attempt to drive sales upward. I believe the game has what it takes to be successful here overseas, but it needs some love. Something must have been mismanaged for the game to be canceled despite having a large player base.

Anyway thought I'd throw it out there.
Seems to be mostly good for me. Few minor issues though.

Switching the video resolution setting seems to take a little bit to kick in.

Sometimes when I switch video quality I get this vertical bar on the right end of the video

You have to click exactly on the seek bar to get it to seek. Clicking just a little too high or too low won't register a hit. Not a huge deal, but it can be a little confusing.

Overall seems to be working quite well. Thank you guys!

Absolutely within the realm of possibility, but it depends on the developer. In the case of Nekopara, we've been discussing it with the artist Sayori and she is open creating uncensored CGs once she has time! They've been busy with the release of the Nekopara OVA, so this possibly something we'll be able to do in 2018.

This is really surprising, given her past stance on releasing her manga uncensored. Nonetheless, good to hear. Hope we'll be able to read her manga uncensored as well.
I found this VN very unpleasant. I don't think I've ever regretted playing a game like I did this one. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it's a bad game. I think fans of the genre will definitely appreciate it. My distaste for it is probably evidence of how well executed it is. So, this was my warning for people who aren't sure about this. Bit of a mindfuck. Maybe the story could have been a little longer.

9/10 would not recommend.

Sorry but you are real late for this. There was an export tool as you mentioned and it was left up for some time after scans were pulled but it's been years. There's some slim chance that your data still exists somewhere and it can be recovered but I wouldn't put my money on it. If you know anything about the manga you're looking for then someone might be able to help you find it (that said, this isn't the best place to get help with finding scans).

Been listening to this a lot lately. This is just such a great tiny desk concert. Probably my favorite actually. Love the music and it puts a smile on my face. Plus Tyler being Tyler is always fun. If you liked Flower Boy at all you need to listen to this.
They've been quiet for a bit though. I've been curious about a new release too.
Interesting, didn't expect this. Congraulations @gy !
Congratulations! Wish you all continued prosperity.
That Siokonbu cover reminds me of Yahiro Pochi's artwork.
No way I'm not gonna suggest the new utu tank

Previous releases would be cool too.
