It didn't feel like my attack output got better when I got the degos armor.
Probably because my weapon and gloves still doesn't have pro max. dmg./crit. dmg. opts yet. Plus the lack of pets, especially White Tiger.

Her heart wailed, Sana really wanted to pull Tamaki out of Judgement immediately. She wanted to run over to Tamaki's room in the hospital and tell her to get away from Judgement, but she couldn't do that, knowing this; she was in a conflict of two feelings - restraint and aggressiveness, "Too bad you didn't meet her in a more normal way. But given her job, I guess there's no helping it," Sana sighed yet again, "I need to have a talk with Tama-chan later on why she was trying to take down criminals by herself," Sana said as she remembered how Tamaki was supposed to be working with a partner since she was still young, from what she remembered Uiharu telling her. 'Thanks, though I don't mind if I'm not popular."
"I think she's fine as she is. I mean, if she's the way she is, people are bound to help her. She's the heroine-type of person after all, maybe that's why she's in Judgement. A strong sense of justice is never a bad thing. But perhaps it's a bit too early to save the day, mnm?" Natsu stated, not entirely sure whether she should be defending Tamaki or not, but it was clear as day that Sana was holding back from being over-protective. She could detect this just from seeing Sana's expressions ever since they started talking about her little sister. She hadn't a right to stop Sana, but at the same time, if she were to force her own will upon Tamaki, she'd do everything in her power to stop her, and knowing herself... she could probably pull it off. On the other hand, she found it a pity that Sana didn't wanted to be popular, while she had the looks to back it up, maybe if she simply dressed up right, Someone really needs to hook you up on goth loli dresses one of these days... Natsu assumed that Sana actually had secret fans who never revealed themselves before her, out of embarrassment, she could picture males and females alike peeking at Sana from afar.
"Well, having a sense of justice isn't bad, but she is too young to feel this way. I just also don't want to see her get hurt again either."
"I do agree with that, but you can't exactly restrict her, otherwise you're taking away her right to freedom," Natsu gave a bold statement, slightly frowning.
"I know, I won't do something like that, but I'd rather she did something else. But at this point, I guess it's too late for that. All I can do now is just support her in anyway I can, and make sure she doesn't stray off to the wrong path.
"She won't stray off to the wrong path, not with her sense of justice," before Natsu continued, someone else did the favor instead, "She may be a little girl, but as a member of Judgement, she's been trained specifically to know who's the bad guy, and who isn't, right?"
"Nice follow-up, Railgun," Natsu complimented, "I assume she's your friend? Or would you like to continue from where we left off last time?" Natsu smirked.
"Just here to visit Minase-san, I'm surprised she's acquainted to you, though."
"I know her little sister, if anything. I'm pretty bored too. All the more reason to find someone to talk to, mnm?" Natsu spoke, "Don't go bullying her now... "
"I've had my fill of that last night."
"Hello Misaka-senpai," feeling the atmosphere in the room cooling down, Sana smiled at Misaka, in reality, the temperature didn't change, she continued, "You two know each other as well?"

Natsu sighed, "That sounds rather childish, sending his son to sneak around like this," she opened stated her opinion, "Anyway, what year are you from on our school?" she asked while she reminded herself about how she saved Jun from her own attack, as she played a little 'skit'. That was yet another result of boredom.
"It kind of is, I'll admit. This would've been much easier if he were here." Jun agreed with Natsu, even though it was somewhat disrespectful to his father. "I'm a third year student. Why do you ask?" he responded to Natsu.
"Oh dear, I'm second year. I assumed you were the same, you don't give off that air that an upperclassman would have, I apologize, Jun-senpai," Natsu addressed Jun as an upperclassman with a bit of an emphasis, with a teasing smile, exploring his variety of expressions. However, upon seeing something, "Ah, I found him, it's this room," she stated, opening it for Jun to see. The heat-signatures she read clearly gave away the figures, so she could tell that her doctor was inside that room, talking to a patient.
A strange sense of pride came with the honorific '-senpai' attached to Jun's name. He isn't often called that, so it was almost empowering. But, learning Natsu's year also surprised Jun. "Oh, you were only a second year? I thought you were a third-year, too." He gave his reason: "You're pretty tall!"
"I keep hearing that. There were people back at my work saying that I already look like a young adult, I wonder if that's really the case..."
"You do." Jun commented bluntly. "I'm jealous, I'm often thought to be younger than I actually am, instead."
"Tch, how I wish I looked more younger and feminine!" Natsu muttered, looking into the room ahead, it seemed that the patient looked rather strange...
Jun needed to step inside the room to get a good view of the doctor. "Wooooah..." He was in awe. His face really is shaped like a frog's. That's pretty odd. Next to him, Jun saw a strange young girl. He couldn't determine her age, but he guessed that she was either a third-year middle schooler or a first-year high schooler. She seems interesting looking, too. She was heterochomic, and had long, silver hair. These were not traits Jun sees often. "Oops, I'm sorry, you two were talking, weren't you." He bowed apologetically, but continued, "Pardon my intrusion, but I wanted to speak with you, too, doctor, when you're finished."
Natsu peered towards the two inside the room. The girl had silver long hair, a pair of eyes, both of which held different color and allure, a rose adorned in her hair. The hospital gown that she wore felt rather out of place, same as it is with Natsu, This piece of crap is just too unfashionable, but hmm... this person looks surprisingly... unique? she cursed her fate internally. The frog-faced doctor was actually known as Heaven's Canceller, but this fact was not known to many, so she tends to not refer to him by that nickname usually. His personality somewhat irks her, however.
"Hmm... it seems like you're well on your way to recovery. I suppose you may leave this evening, unless you want to rest more just in case," the frog-faced doctor spoke to the girl, but was interrupted, he looked back to peer across the door, and found a boy with his other patient, Natsu.
"Thank you doctor," Sana smiled, she celebrated internally at the fact that she can finally leave soon, but hearing an unfamiliar voice, she instinctively looked at the door, spotting a boy and along with a tall female figure. The boy had blue hair and pretty blue eyes. The other was a girl with blond-hair, it was rather short, to the point that it's not even shoulder-length, her glittering gem-like blue eyes made Sana space out; spellbound by it's beauty. Soon returning to reality, she realized that she was a patient, made evident due to her wearing a hospital gown. Even though Natsu is a famous actress, and a level 5 esper to top it off, Sana hadn't recognized her, it could be assumed that Sana doesn't watch television much, and hence doesn't follow the latest trends and whatnot that goes on in Show-Biz.
"I'm pretty much done here, so let's talk in another room," the doctor said, walking over to the boy. As the two left, "Catch you later then, Jun-senpai," Natsu bid Jun farewell, then nonchalantly walked into the room, and in front of the girl, looking down at her figure in the bed, the silver hair and the eyes infected with heterochromia somewhat made the person interesting, "Hmm... there's something about your face that feels familiar, yet the hair and eyes are completely different, so different from Tamaki-chan, hm? Perhaps you're unrelated after all."
Surprised to hear the name of her little sister - Tamaki - Sana instantly started to think how the two could be related. At first she simply assumed that she was seeking the doctor, but that clearly wasn't the case ever since she stayed in the room, "Tamaki-chan? Are you talking about Minase Tamaki?!" in an anxious tone, she inquired, wondering if she's talking about her little sister by any chance.
"Ooh, so you know her? Indeed I'm speaking of her, that little devil loves to get into dangerous situation. She has this adorable allure to her that makes you want to protect her," Natsu expressed as she answered in response, smiling, "Are you possibly her relative, or a friend?" albeit Natsu mentioned how Tamaki loves to run into danger and play with fire, her expressions spoke out a different vibe; it could be assumed that Natsu had fun in her little adventure with Tamaki.
Sana sighed, "I wish she'd stop getting into dangerous situations... but I guess it can't be help, seeing how she's in judgement," she wished from the bottom of her heart that Sana would just silently follow whatever she wants from her, but that would be downright selfish and restrictive - knowing this, and not wanting to be hated by her beloved sister - she hesitated to forcibly stop her activities, "I'm Minase Sana, Tamaki's older sister. It's a pleasure to meet you, Miss."
Slightly excited at the discovery of the fact, "Ooh, so she did have an older sister after all," Natsu exclaimed, then took a seat beside Minase Sana, "It's a pleasure to meet you, my name is Kihara Natsu," she looked intently at Minase Sana, directly at her facial features, "I guess the only semblance of resemblance are the similarities that lies in the facial features between you and your sister, mnm? It's hard to know that you two are siblings. Ah, but I'm not actually making a negative point out of that, don't think much about it."
"It's okay, don't worry. I'm used to such comments already. It's not like you run into silver-haired girls with two different colored eyes everyday anyway... " Sana said, giving a light chuckle, she soon looked down, knowing well that her appearance is something one doesn't see everyday, but she stopped minding what others thought about her, since she came to enjoy her unique appearance now, "Excuse me, Kihara-san, if you don't mind me asking - how do you know Tama-chan?
This was new to Natsu, she met a person who didn't seemed to find her name familiar. Her being a level 5 esper, as well as a celebrity who appears on television often, not being recognized... made her realize once again that she needed to work harder to shine on-stage, "Ah, I see, you can still be popular in your own way though, that hair looks pretty on you," she paused to reminisce for a moment, "I've helped her in a robbery case once, she wanted to take on the criminals on her own."

A subtle sound of footsteps resounded across the environment, a girl - who seemed slightly tall for a sixteen year old - strolled listlessly in the corridor, gazing into the sunlit sky. Her legs kept itself under a line; cat-walking, even though she was inside a hospital, she walked like a model. It didn't seem so strange because it was her, if a commoner did the same, people may either view it as strange, or acknowledge a certain trait. However in this case, given her situation, it'd be strange even if she's not a commoner, the girl's plain blue pajama hospital gown made the cat-walk look awkward, she felt almost lifeless, "Uhh... what was it again? 'To performers, the dress is the most important thing to them'? I'm kinda beginning to understand it now," heaving a sigh, and stopped.
The sunlight gently laid itself over her short blond hair, that fell from the sun atop the sky. Looking into the sky with a pair of crystal blue eyes - that seemed like glittering gems - into the distance, lost in thought; entering a reverie, the officially announced 8th level 5 esper of Academy reminisced about her last battle where her life was apparently on the line, "I wonder if he got the data he wanted... " she muttered, looking at her left palm, then up to the bandage over her arm, and weakly smiled, "I suppose everything has it's price, be it data collection, dangerous stunts, performances, and whatnot."
Jun reached the section of the hospital where the patients stay. "Perhaps the frog-faced doctor is somewhere here, taking care of a patient?" He thought out loud, under his breath. He glanced inside every open room he passed for signs of the doctor he was looking for, halting for a moment whenever he saw a doctor, but continuing along when that person didn't match what was described. Does this guy even exist? Where is this frog doctor? Jun was beginning to get impatient.
A nearby clock read 9:58. It's already almost been two hours since I've been here... Maybe I should just call my father and tell him that I couldn't find who he was looking for. I've checked most places I'm allowed to be. He took his cell phone out of his pocket, flipped it open and began dialing his father's phone number, but before he could finish, he ran into something soft and bounced off of it, nearly falling backward. In front of him stood Kihara Natsu, the level 5 who nearly blew up the Switchyard the night before. Jun quickly bowed and apologized. "I'm sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going!"
"Oh? Is that so now?" Natsu cracked a teasing smile, "You must've really liked the soft sensation that you felt from me last night, hm?" she hadn't forgotten how she saved this particular student's face from being reamed into nothingness at the Switchyard last night. "To think anyone would have the time to even feel it, you must be a high leveled pervert,"
"...It was rather pleasant..." Jun said quietly, avoiding eye contact. He then immediately cleared his throat loudly afterwards, attempting to stifle what he had just said. "I mean, how are you feeling? That fight yesterday seemed pretty intense!" Jun tried to change the subject.
"Ahahaha!" Natsu blurted out laughing, "You should be honest, just like that, be louder next time, at least with me," she winked, smiling, "I'm feeling fine... or so I'd like to say, but these bandages says otherwise. It's never easy to fight someone at the same level as you, huh."
Something about Natsu's wink made Jun's heart flutter for a moment. Huh? Hm... what was that about...? He questioned it internally.
"I wouldn't know the feeling, to be honest. I've only just recently became a Level 1." Jun has never picked a fight against anyone, either. The only time he's had to fight was against the mugger who triggered Jun's powers for the first time. "Are you sure you're okay? You seemed like you were in pain after it was over." He noticed lots of bandaging on the exposed parts of Natsu's body.
"Masking expressions of pain is the least a professional actress can do," Natsu coolly replied, looking into the eternally stretching horizon, "I'm surprised I wasn't half-dead from getting hit by that high-speed particle beam thing, though. She's something to be reckoned with, I suppose people thinks the same about every one of us level 5's, hm?"
Thinking about how one of those particle beams nearly took his head off made Jun shudder. "Well, every Level 5 are incredibly powerful compared to everyone else. They can do all sorts of crazy things espers of lower levels can't do." What he witnessed last night was evidence of that. "I'm shocked that you were able to take the hit from one of those beams, too. Those things were destroying everything they hit. Speaking of which, thanks for saving me. I don't know what could have happened if that would've hit me." He bowed again.
"Yeah, but all those fancy abilities with loads of applications don't come that easily. Lots of sacrifice, pain, suffering, time, training, and lastly, uhh... intake of drugs with stressful side-effects?" Natsu sighed, coming to a conclusion, she nodded to herself, "Yeah, if you're another chill person wanting to live a peaceful life, I'd recommend not dreaming that big. In fact, find a dream where you don't have to rely on that power, of which it's capabilities are determined at birth."
Natsu sighed, considering steering the topic to a different point, she spoke, "But getting to even level 1 is a great feat, so congratulations," she sincerely complimented.
"Wow, I didn't know it was that difficult..." Jun knew it would require lots of training and time, but didn't consider that drugs were necessary for reaching higher levels, Does Ayane need to use those drugs, too, so she be as strong as she is? It was a brutal realization Jun came to. He didn't want to abandon his goal of becoming a strong esper, but is it worth all the pain that comes with it...? He couldn't decide.
"Oh, thanks!" Jun was snapped out of his thoughts after being congratulated by Natsu. "It was hard, though. It took me so long to figure out how to actually use my power correctly, until another esper gave me some advice."
"I see, I personally think improving your esper abilities without artificial means like drugs is a great thing. As it's done naturally through hard work, it feels more... acceptable, and you can actually be proud of the result. Although, becoming an esper itself may require drugs, but I can attest to that,", Natsu spoke her mind, with a plain face, it seemed as though she was sulking, "I kinda wanted to be like Misaka Mikoto and just force my way to level 5, but apparently that would take a little too long. So I was given a little something to amplify my power," Natsu sighed again, "Sorry, that was classified information I just nonchalantly blurted out, try to forget that part. I must still be exhausted. However, I feel too bored to rest, it's somewhat conflicting."
That must be so unpleasant... I guess being that powerful of an esper is a major burden. I thought that things would only get easier if I got stronger. Jun felt awkward, more than that; found the idea of using drugs to reach higher levels grotesque. They could be addictive, as well as having nasty side effects that Natsu mentioned. He wished he could forget this knowledge, like Natsu suggested, but it was too much of an impact on Jun. I could make it to Level 3 without going through all that, right? I can be satisfied with that. He tried to convince himself.
With that, Jun wanted to refocus on the task he was given. Natsu said, herself, that she was bored, so he asked, "You want to help me with something, then? I'm here because I was looking for a certain doctor, but I can't seem to find him. An extra set of eyes could help a lot." He had planned to give up on the search before he ran into Natsu, but with her assistance, it could become much easier. If nothing else, he'll have someone to idly chat with as he walks around, instead of pacing around bored, like what he was doing earlier.
"Hmm.... I suppose I can. Since you were humble enough to keep my boredom from being any more painful," Natsu looked around, then shrugged, "Not like I got anything better to do, anyway."
"Alright, then. I don't know much else about this doctor, but apparently he has a frog-like face. You'd think he'd stand out, but I somehow haven't seen him yet." Jun admitted. He lead her further down the hallway, checking inside rooms again for signs of that doctor, when he realized, "Oh, right, I don't think I've ever introduced myself." He stopped and faced Natsu. "I'm Shimizu Junichi. You can call me 'Jun' for short."
Walking along with the student Natsu met - who is apparently from the same high school as her's - she listened to him speak, "I suppose we never did formally introduce ourselves, hm? It's a pleasure to meet you, while you may know my name already, I'll introduce myself just for the sake of it anyway; my name is Kihara Natsu," she then chuckled, "As for the doctor... well, he's the one who treated me, I can lead you to him if you want. Why'd you want to meet him, though?"
"Nice to meet you, too!" Jun chuckled as well. "Even though we have already." in strange situations The last part, he said in his head.
"Oh, is that so? That's convenient." Jun smiled due to his unnecessarily tedious task becoming suddenly easier. He explained to Natsu, "My father is actually the one interested in seeing him. He was curious about this doctor's methods in treating his patients. He sent me here to try to learn whatever I could out about him, and, perhaps, arrange a time for the two to meet." Jun shrugged his shoulders as he added, "He must have been too busy with work to come find this frog-faced doctor himself... He usually is."

Shou didn't sense anyone else yet, but Mitori had likely been in this business far longer than him, so he had to trust her. Taking Sadao's advice, with Fuyuko still in his arms, Shou gave Sadao a nod and ran past Mitori and began making his way towards the tall building, which he assumed was the location he needed to get to. He heard some noises and felt some slight rumbling, but he didn't look back; he knew that they could handle themselves.Wait a second, if there are others... then I can't possibly just run to the end location. We'll have to clean this up first to prevent a trail. Shou couldn't teleport with the way he was carrying Fuyuko at the moment. He needed to find a place to put her down and more importantly, he needed to make sure he wasn't being followed. With that in mind, Shou abruptly turned a corner into an alleyway. However, just as Shou turned into the alley, he swore that he saw something, but before his eyes could confirm the figure, and before his mind could process exactly what happened, his body was sent aflutter. Thrown into mid-air by an unknown force, the wind blew him back to the wide and beaten-up road. Not knowing what's what, he slowly got up. Suddenly he realized, Fuyuko was not on his back. He looked around frantically, if he somehow lost the little girl, the end result wouldn't be funny.
Suddenly he caught a glimpse of the familiar school uniform, but he could see something rather entrancing standing before the little girl who seemed to have fallen flat on the cold asphalt. Her uniform was pleated in deep navy-blue color, from her ample chest, down to the very strands of her skirt, which seemed to be rather too short for someone such as her. Her blond hair flew down her back, and few of it's strands laid bare over her plump bosom, this, combined with her natural beauty, and the fragrance of expensive perfume that hung in the air gave her a presence more superior than that of a normal person. A green armband hung over the upper portion of her left arm. The familiar symbol rang a bell of Tsubame Shou's head - it was the insignia Judgement used.
"Geez, they just had to call up on me because they're short on people. Even if it's professor Gensei, you can't just do whatever you want in this city," the young woman from the high-class society spoke out, casually, there was a hint of elegance in her voice, it almost made it sound as though her words were 100% convincing - which, may actually be true - as she felt no sense of danger from the environment.
"Tch, you idiot, why did you head for the alley instead?" Mitori cursed at Shou. She herself couldn't tell where the other 'visitor' would come from, but she was sure that she'd invade from a particular direction that would spill trouble for everyone. Hence, she decided that it's better to just rush to the safe-point, rather than risk fighting at all. If Fuyuko is taken away, there's no point to reaching Reformatories, it meant that Shou didn't have any reason to go to the tall building now.
He was in a bit pain from the sudden gust that knocked him back onto the road. He didn't sustain much damage, but he landed on his back and he could definitely feel where the pavement scraped him. He didn't exactly have the time to be worrying about scratches at this point. Shou scoffed at Mitori who was now standing next to him as he dust himself, "I don't really know who that was, but you're clearly underestimating what a Multi-Point user can do." Shou knew that Fuyuko couldn't be far if it was just a wind-user, but just as Shou tried to teleport Fuyuko back into his arms he immediately dropped to his knees and clamped his head with his hands. Damn it! The scrapes on my back combined with the disorientation from the wind-user might've screwed me up. The combined effect of pain and disorientation caused Shou to drastically miscalculate where Fuyuko was resulting in Shou having to forcibly cancel his teleport as well as suffer sharp, but short headache.
While slowly getting back up. still wincing from the pain, he called out to Mitori, "I need to find her. My calculations have been screwed up, and I need to get to her again."
"So... did I underestimate, or did you are you just a plain failure?" Mitori sighed, "I'll try to hold her off, but I'm not sure if I can, since Tornado-san is a tough cookie here."
"It won't take long, and I won't fail twice," Shou stated coldly as he recovered from his headache and took out a pin. He threw it into the air, and quickly made his way up to a nearby roof. Once Mitori engaged the wind-user, Shou would have the time to find an opportunity to retrieved Fuyuko once more.
"...What? Isn't Hyotoki Fuyuko just lying right behind our opponent? What is he thinking?" Mitori scratched the back of her head; confounded, "Shirayuki Ayane, huh? This won't be easy," her liquid doll emerged from the alleyway. Ready for battle, she placed her knife in front of her.
"Unfortunately, while we're both acquainted with the underworld of this city, I have my own orders," Ayane closed her eyes for only a slight moment. Mitori cringed. Ayane abruptly crouched, just as the liquid doll shot out bullets with the guns it formed on it's hands - whist Ayane's palm found it's way on the rusty and cracked up cold asphalt. A tornado formed in front of her. It is officially noted in the Data Bank of Academy City that Shirayuki Ayane's power is level 4, Tornado Hand - which forms a small-scale tornado upon coming in contact with an object. However, any sane man before said 'small-scale' tornado wouldn't think it's small, as it's height is more than enough to overtake any human's length.
The stormy attack came rushing to the doll, and it was pushed back to a wall, which broke down due to being old and not maintained. Mitori rushed forth with her weapon in hand, trusting that her doll will soon follow suit upon recovering - she had a feeling that her doll would be powerless against her Aero Hand based ability, but had to try nonetheless - and decided to fight hand-to-hand. However, Ayane had other ideas, and simply launched a second tornado at Mitori. Her eyes widened in shock and sudden fear that sprang to her sense as her brain registered in it the fact that such an overwhelming attack was coming her way. Mitori tried not to falter, but too; was blown away.
Falling, Mitori strove to get back up, her doll too, got back up, only to witness Ayane's hand facing the sky. She looked up towards the blond who looked down on her, and grit her teeth, a tornado itself was covering her, like a shield. If only Tsubame Shou could just teleport and get her out of it... but that wouldn't be so easy, as they're facing that Shirayuki Ayane. Even if Shou managed to escape the terror of the battlefield, the rest would get blown to bits.
