Basic Information


Profiles should be posted in the thread.

Normal information about your Player Character (PC), are all to be included in the profile. The profiles should be done in a similar manner and fill in the following:


Name: The PC's name, write down the full name and, if any the nickname. If the character is Japanese, put the Surname before the Other name, otherwise, naturally, the Other name will come before the Surname.

Gender: Specify whether the PC's sex is male or female.

Age: How many years old your PC is.

Appearance: How your PC looks; you may describe with words, but I'll always be preferring a picture over descriptions. But even if you do provide a picture, you may put notes of the distinct features opposing to the picture you provide. I'd urge you to put some details regarding the school uniform, assuming the character is a school or a college student.

Personality: Describe the personality of the PC, usual and unusual behaviors (if any) of your character, any darker side that barely ever reveals itself? You can hide notes regarding it by providing simple hints. Though I'd prefer it more, if you run it through me just in case.

Background: Give a brief detail of your PC's life. No need to necessarily write a wall of text, but you may do so, if you want to, I don't really mind more details. You must mention details regarding what school the character goes into, you may either give a name of a more prominent school from the Anime/Manga/Light Novel or just make up a name or just say that the PC 'goes to a school' but that might hurt the consistency of how others would be more descriptive regarding the school subject, though. Other another note; the Level of the ability of your esper PC may be determined accordingly with the background of the profile that I receive in the thread. I wish to see interesting characters, so, be creative!

Statistics:

So, we're following a mechanic (somewhat reminiscent of the Zombie Apocalypse RP's mechanics), where the esper characters have a set of attributes (well, so do any other characters and human beings in-game) that determines the statistics, we have a set of of 5 attributes When creating a PC, you'll have thirteen (13) points to spare to distribute to each of the base attributes. Assuming you wish to make sure your character is mostly balanced, you may evenly spread out the 2 points each to every attributes, and still have 3 extras to have an actual field of expertise, and thus finalize the PC's statistics.

You cannot have more than 5 points in any of the attributes.


The attributes are as follows:


Strength: Combat abilities and physical capabilities, how strong the PC's body is.

Dexterity: This includes speed, finesse, etc. It also involves the PC's stamina.

Perception: This regards the PC's sharp senses, how good they are at noticing danger, especially in dire situations.

Intelligence: How smart your PC is, and how how fast the PC's brain works.

Charisma: This regards how social the PC is, it is also about how good the PC is with persuading anyone.


Note: Esper abilities can be used to increase statistical attributes' values (especially through the passive effects of an ability), the reverse is also possible. Also, level 5 espers (all NPCs, A.K.A: in my palms for OP-character-controlling-department) will have higher attribute points, otherwise it's not possible for them to be level 5 itself, their capabilities will be otherwise undefined.

Esper Ability:

In this part, you're required to explain what ability your PC possesses, it is optional to include details of the PC's personal reality, but you must include how the ability works, and add as much details as possible, if I deem the details not good enough, I may ask you to add more via PM. I'd recommend making actual scientific justifications, depending on the ability you choose for your PC to have. You can use the wikia to find an ability that would fit your PC (depending on what you choose and your PC, I might have you change it), or you can take ideas.


Name of the Ability: Write the name of the ability.

Type of ability: There are a few branches of abilities through which abilities are categorized. I.E: Electromaster, Pyrokinesis, Hydro Hand, Telekinesis, Psychometry, Aero Hand, etc.

Active or Passive?: This asks whether the PC's Esper Ability is Active, or Passive. Put either 'Active' or 'Passive'. Of course, that depends on your PC's esper Ability itself. Active abilities refers to an esper knowingly having to use his power to create an effect on reality, whilst passive abilities has the esper subconsciously effect reality with their abilities. However, both can be present at the same time in an esper, such as Accelerator's subconscious reflection ability (in this case the answer would be 'both').

Esper's Ability: Include details of the ability. I.E: How it works, when it works (if any such conditions), in what manner it works, range or limits (if any), in what ways the ability can generally for used for. No need to point out pros and cons. Scientific justifications and explanation behind the phenomena(s) caused due to the power (if you can).

Power Level: This is determined by the Esper Ability itself, it is partially determined by the background as well (meaning: statistics). Note that it is not allowed for a player to set the Power Level of their PC, once you post the profile, or show it to me via PM before you post it, I'll be going through the whole profile to determine the Power Level of the PC.

This section will be dedicated to explaining how the RP's system works. Please note that this RP will also (like the previous one I hosted) have the use of the dice system, as we have the statistics system. Every attribute will be playing major roles in the game, and how they play out, will be determined by throwing the dices. I, as the GM, will be throwing the dices (with random.org), and will be posting the results at the end of my posts (or at the end of the joint posts, if any). In battle, or when performing a task, stunt, skill, etc. we'll have the dice roll in accordance of the attribute involved, and the number that the dice roll provides, will decide the fate of those involved in the situation.

Now, as mentioned in the Character Creation section, every PC has a limit of 5 points in their base attribute values, when rolling the dice, I'll be picking a number to determine the difficulty of success of the task, the number will probably range from around 3-15.

Why do we not have the luck attribute? It is, of course, due to the fact that the luck lies in the dice itself.

For example: lets say your PC has a strength of 5, and he or she wants to knock out an individual in order to have that person avoid learning some secret that your PC doesn't want that person to know, in order to know if your PC succeeds in this, or not, will be decided with a dice rolls 2, the value will add with the value of your PC's Strength; resulting in the combined value of 7. This means your PC exerted just enough strength to knock out the individual and thus succeeds. If say, the dice roll gives a poor result of, 1; the failure will most likely cause a disadvantage, or a backlash, and what the terrible price is going to be, will be determined according to the situation and the characters involved. If the combined value goes beyond the difficulty number, there may be a bonus effect.

Now, we'll go in-depth with the amount of points for each of the attributes that makes up the statistics of a PC:


Zero (0) - Obviously, the PC can't do anything in this area. If the Strength is 0, this PC must be one of those with weak bodies who can't fight or are unable to handle heavy physical pressure, it could also mean that the PC simply lost their means of fighting, in other words, losing arms or legs in an accident, or a fight. In a case that a PC has 0 Dexterity, it could that he or she is hospitalized.

One (1) - This expresses that the character is simply really bad at whatever the attribute is used for. A single point in Charisma may imply that the character is absolutely terrible at communicating with others, due to being a shut-in, or not used to speaking with others, or because her throat has issues, or it could even be the cause of her shyness.

Two (2) - This is the average level of capability. If you want to make a PC who relatively lives a normal social life, the PC would need 2 points on most of the attributes, for example, your PC can be a perfectly normal runner with 2 points of Dexterity, the PC won't be able to keep up with the talented ones, but they can run normally and watch the backs of the truly fast ones while still running (or well, trying).

Three (3) - The character's capability in the activities that the attribute includes, is above average. One can read a book really fast and digest the knowledge with 3 points in their Intelligence, they could even be relatively good at hacking or cracking software when using a computer.

Four (4) - The character is exceptionally good at the activities that involves the use of the attribute. For example, say, with 4 Perception points, your PC can naturally be able to sense the killer intent of an attacker through her very instincts in the correct timing and have a good chance of dodging, or even retaliating.

Five (5) - The character is a true expert, a genius, or perhaps even famous for how unbelievably good he or she is, at performing the tasks regarded by the attribute; the character is at the pinnacle and has almost no more rooms for improvement.

Next, we'll have an in-depth look into the attributes themselves;


Strength: Other than physical capabilities and combat abilities, it also determines your PC's strength, to the point that if you put only one point to Strength, you're implying (as supported with your character's background), that your PC is crippled, or even lost an arm, or has some kind of a disease that makes his or her body extremely weak. Four points may mean that your character is either very skilled, or he or she has developed lots of muscles around the body through harsh amount of exercises. The value can be increased via esper abilities that perks up human strength, having a higher chance of success.

Dexterity: It effectively reflects your PC's agility in terms of combat, but at the same time it shows how fast your character is at performing certain tasks, this ranges from jogging (that also includes speed in just about any sports) from computing speed to mind-calculations when using esper abilities, to even your PC's very reserve of stamina. Three or four would be the required points in order to be known as runners, or even swimmers, in actual competitions.

Perception: It's that one ability to actually use the brain that your PC has when it really counts. The use of Perception spans from being able to take proper guesses through hints from words or certain happenings alone, it also concerns the instinctive ability to feel blood-lust, killer intent, violent aura, evil vibes, etc. or feel a coming attack, or someone about to make a move. It is necessary for either figuring things out, or taking action at the correct timing.

Intelligence: This attribute determines whether your PC has the brain of a bird, or the brain of a sane human being, or that of a genius... or one of whom who is known to be insanely intelligent. Above 3 is required to have the career for a Teacher, and also to be a Scientist, Doctor, and the many fields of expertise that requires knowledge of any type of science. This includes even the skills and fast-paced mind required for being a software developer, to being a cunning hacker. The person with high values of this attribute may also be a historian, and have knowledge of many events from past eras and generations. Low points in this attribute means the PC is simply not gifted. 2 is at least required for doing calculations for using esper abilities proper and timely manner.

Charisma: An important trait your PC would require to delve into the society, are points in this particular attribute. From getting to know people, to making friends, to showing leadership skills, to impressing, deceiving, or even scooping information out of people, can all be achieved through Charisma, depending on the base value of the Charisma your PC has. Above average (meaning 3 or more) will be required to make speeches that appropriately conveys your message, the purpose may even be to move a person's heart, or for even acting the motive can vary; it all ultimately leads to manipulating people with proper ways of dealing with them, and the effects can be magnified, through, for example, use of psychometry abilities, including brainwashing, telepathy, hypnosis, or even mind-control.

- You play as a character who has appeared into the Academy City either months ago, or years ago, or from a very young age (your decision), the time is set sometime after the arcs of Railgun manga has ended (you don't really need to know what happened in the arcs).

- The currency is, obviously, Yen, because the Academy City is still a city of Japan.

- Your character, must be a teenage, you can choose to play as a child esper (I.E: age below 11), but her power level will be low, most likely 0-2.

- The character can be a middle schooler, or highschooler, even a College student (age range: 17-19).

- The RP is set to start at September 28th, 20XX.

- This is more of an advice but, try to make the character creative to contribute to the uniqueness of the RP itself. There will be a few special NPCs made for the sake of the plot, but I want more interesting things in this RP. What I want are actual interactions between characters and some battles that won't last till the end of time.

- Remember that you don't have to make your character capable of everything (level 5 is not allowed for players, anyway), because that's where team-play comes may come in handy. You can't trust yourself to do everything, you and your partners/friends can divide all the tasks among yourselves when actually trying to do something. I expect all or half of the PCs to form a team or two unless they're hinted to be put against each other for competition. Or else you're not playing it right. Lone path is the path of death, more like, death to the RP because it just gets boring.

- I'll be playing a character that is a mix of a PC and an NPC, who is Shokuhou Misaki from the anime/manga and the light novels. She is a level 5 who will play a major role in the RP's plot. I'll also be playing many other NPCs, notably the Railgun, Mikoto Misaka and the special level 5 who is created for the plot of this RP; Natsu.

- Players are disallowed from playing Level 5 characters.

- Level 5 characters will have their statistics based on different manners, that means that they're not limited to the 13 points, otherwise their abilities are simply unjustifiable, and they won't be able to be the Super Powers who can handle themselves against an entire military.

- I'll be posting results of the dice rolls whenever possible and also may give explanations as so what happens why, and for what reason - after rolling the dices.

- I can't convince anyone that I'm the perfect Game Master (GM) who will play as fairly as possible, so I'm just going to ask you prospective players to simply bear with me. That's all I can ask of you all.

Note: Ignore this section if you've watched the anime/manga series or read the light novels ( because it's a wall of text). However, I'd ask people who haven't watched the anime/manga series to take some time to get familiar with some of the terms. Most information regarding the terms are given in order to avoid confusions. The wiki still has more information, so you may visit that site if you want to learn more.

This section is for those who barely knows anything about the Terminology that the World of Toaru Kagaku no Railgun runs under. So basically, this section contains some basic facts.

Esper: Otherwise addressed as an "Ability User" is a term used to refer to a person who emits AIM. Although, it is generally used to refer to people who have gone through Academy City's Power Curriculum Program.

Espers' strength, capabilities and abilities are classified based on levels;

Level 0 - Person with No Powers - Exceptions aside, cannot be considered completely powerless, but is considered one of the so-called "students that can't keep up at school". Might possess some degree of power, but unable to truly control it.

Level 1 - Person with Low Powers - Powers of the degree to bend a spoon, many students belong here.

Level 2 - Person with Unusual Powers - Just like Level 1, powers are not very useful in everyday life. It is the lowest level required to enter the Kirigaoka Girls' Academy, which only lets female students with rare abilities enroll.

Level 3 - Person with strong powers - The degree when powers are considered convenient in everyday life, ability-wise this is the Level when one starts to be treated as part of the elite. It is the lowest level for which female students are allowed to enroll the Tokiwadai Girls' Middle School.

Level 4 - Person with strong powers - Powers of an extent that their wielder acquires tactical value of a military force.

Level 5 (only GM/NPC) - Person with super powers - Powers of an extent that their wielder can fight alone against a military force on equal terms. Level 5 users are known to be truly powerful, some may even refer to them as the 'monsters' (In-game: they have more statistical values due to possessing exceptionally superior talents).

Level 6 - Person with Absolute Powers - Powers of an extent that they're considered immeasurable. However, nobody has been able to achieve it yet.


Academy City: Academy City, is a landlocked sovereign city-state whose territory consists of a walled enclave within the Tokyo Metropolitan Employment Area. It is the primary setting for this RP.

As the city's name suggests, it is a city of several schools and institutions of higher learning from kindergarten to university level that learn side-by-side along with the scientists who research on psychic powers and higher technology, the latter being one of the primary reasons for its establishment. It is the most advanced city in the world and its technology is said to be 30 years ahead of the world.

Academy City is composed of 23 districts, called School Districts which are simply numbered from one to twenty-three and each of these districts have a specific purpose. There is a Map section below which has more details regarding each districts, and illustrates the city.


Power Curriculum Program: It is a special large-scale curriculum in Academy City taken alongside a regular curriculum, designed to unlock a student's potential in gaining and improving supernatural powers. All those who have gone through the program are called espers, regardless of level, though some people, such as Skill-Out, may choose to refer to those who actually show powers as espers.

The program's aim is for the student to attain their own Personal Reality, a term referring to normal reality being replaced by a person's own reality, which is the basis for gaining powers that often defy normal reality. Through a series of tests, studies, lectures, medicines, body stimulation (drugs injected directly into a blood vessel, brain being pierced directly from behind the ear..) and hypnosis, a person's brain can be modified so that they can unlock their very own Personal Reality.

Apparently, the program uses doublespeak in order for the city to deceive observers of the true nature of the many tests in the program, such as "recording skills" and "memorization skills". This is justifiable as some tests such as the ability to bend spoons can be dangerous due to the risk of trauma, tearing the blood vessels in brain and possibly something malignant such as RSPK Syndrome.

The curriculum not only covers how to attain personal reality and powers, but also various concepts associated with it, such as basic Quantum Mechanic principles, as well as the effects of their powers, such as AIM dispersion fields.

However, as a result of going through the program changes the body to run in a different circuit, because of this an esper using magic is highly likely to be injured, as magicians and esper run on very different circuits.

Joining the Power Curriculum Program is also a contract that allows the esper to gain money, which is automatically banked into their accounts. The more prestigious the school or higher the level of the esper, the greater the reward. However, they are then tasked to participate in more experiments and researches.

System Scan: Otherwise known as "Physical Examination" is a regular city-wide testing event in Academy City to determine the power levels of the espers participating in it, and is part of the Power Curriculum Program. Each esper is given a different type of test depending on their power. The test then determines how powerful their ability is, how much control they have over it, and how easily it would grow.

It is shown that one is tested in 6 attributes to determine one's level, each attribute has a grade for each one, and can strangely be an individual esper power in itself. Although it is unknown if this applies to every esper. There are only 5 attributes that are known as of now, these are: Precognition, Clairvoyance, Psychometry, Telepathy, Psychokinesis. These attributes including the power level of the esper are later saved into the city's Data Banks.

Tests are different for each person depending on their ability, such as having Clairvoyant users having to guess what shape is printed on an ESP Card, and having espers with Telekinesis move the arrow of a scale on a specific angle.

Having successfully finished a System Scan, one can either gain a level or remain on the same level, though it is unknown if an esper can actually lose a level.

However, the System Scan is not perfect, as one gains a Level 0 if the esper's power cannot be detected or measured, as is the case of Kamijou Touma. This applies to Sogiita Gunha as well whose powers cannot be truly understood and as such was categorized as a Level 5.

Gemstones: A Gemstone is defined as an esper who has obtained his/her power without an artificial method such as the Power Curriculum Program in Academy City. There are few of them in the world, and many aspects of their powers can't be described easily. In difference with artificially developed espers, Gemstones emit larger amounts of AIM from their bodies. It has been mentioned that the total number of Gemstones of the world is around fifty.

One of the most well-known Gemstone is the #7 level 5 esper known as Sogiita Gunha.


An Involuntary Movement (AIM): - Sometimes also known as "No Awareness" or AIM is a term used to refer to the phenomenon in which an esper involuntarily produces an invisible energy field around the esper. While the AIM Dispersion Field is the energy field that surrounds the esper that is made up of the aggregation of that energy.

It is only detectable through the use of machines, and is unique to the esper.

AIM is a weak energy that is unconsciously emitted by espers. It cannot be detected by the five senses, and can only be detected through the use of machines, barring espers who can actually sense them, or people like Takitsubo Rikou can detect and even track the AIM of an esper.

AIM dispersion fields are apparently unique to they type of esper ability, as well as to the individual themselves. With Pyrokinesis espers heating up their surroundings, telekinesis espers creating pressure, and electromasters releasing electromagnetic fields. Those who the same AIM dispersion field can cause an AIM Dispersion Field Resonance, making the effects of their AIM dispersion field seem stronger.

Connection to Personal Reality: Personal Reality is irreconcilably connected to AIM, as Personal Reality is the source of all esper abilities and phenomena that are brought into the real world. One can analyze a person's AIM dispersion field in order to figure out their Personal Reality, and in turn, one can investigate someone's personality and behavioral tendencies. Personal Reality can apparently be abused through the AIM dispersion fields, and can apparently be modified through the AIM fields. It would be apt then, to refer to the AIM dispersion fields as the conduit to which an esper's Personal Reality affects the real world, which is the manifestation of their abilities. Furthermore, since each AIM dispersion field is unique to the esper, it can be assumed that is due to the esper's Personal Reality.


Personal Reality: also known as, "Reality of Oneself" is the term used to refer to the reality created by students who undergo the Power Curriculum Program, and replace normal reality. As the name states, it is a type of reality that is unique for each individual, and is the very foundation of an esper's power, specifically, it is the source from which all esper powers and phenomena are brought into the real world.

The concept of Personal Reality is related to quantum theory. It allows the user to utterly ignore the Uncertainty Principle, and with regards to the Schrödinger's cat thought experiment, would allow them to choose the possibility they want, or more specifically, distort a micro world using different laws, or more accurately, control their microscopic observations of the world. This is in contrast with holism, which is based on major changes in the whole "system", the macroscopic world, to create a microscopic effect, which is in this case, their powers.

One can say that gaining a Personal Reality means to "cut off from proper reality that differs from ours." It is referred to as delusions, preconceptions, or the ability to believe. Assuming this is so, one's esper powers will grow if they strongly believe they will.

Development: Personal Reality is an Academy City term, and is normally attained by person's who enroll into the city's Power Curriculum Program, which uses drugs, hypnosis, and sensory deprevation techniques such as the Ganzfeld Experiment

However, due to the existence of Gemstones, it is presumed that all humans have their own, normal reality. Furthermore, due to the existence of Level 0s, making the majority of the student population, the Power Curriculum Program is imperfect. Tsukuyomi Komoe states that there are still laws that they do not understand, despite the fact that the curriculum should theoretically allow the student to gain powers.

Uses and functions: It's growth is correlated with the brain's calculating ability, and in turn, with the esper's powers. The growth of the esper's personal reality, allows for greater calculating ability, making the esper's powers stronger.

Dangers: Nevertheless, those who have gone through the Power Curriculum Program, have had their brains damaged in order to attain a Personal Reality. The program rewires the "circuits" of the student and makes them different from normal people, in that they are unable to use magic without severe harm to the user (with only a few exceptions). What's more, if an esper becomes traumatized or incredibly stressed, they may lose control of themselves and are then unable to view reality properly, which would lead to the RSPK Syndrome, which in turn, if the espers have the same AIM dispersion, would resonate and cause a destructive earthquake-like phenomenon.

There is also a correlation of high level espers with strange or abnormal personalities, exemplified by the Level 5s, especially Accelerator, though this is simply speculation.


Data Bank: Also known as the "Archive", it is a comprehensive database in Academy City which is said to hold all of Academy City's data, from student records to AIM diffusion energy field data. Only major institutions from Academy City like Anti-Skill and the Academy City Board of Directors have any access to the Bank. There are multiple access levels, and even members of the Board of Directors can't access everything.

This contains a list of the Esper Abilities of the characters whose profiles have been posted, along with their effects, this includes the effects each abilities would have on the attributes on users or opponents.

Type: Psychokinesis.
Summery of Effect(s): Manipulation of mind, which can be done in many manners due to the wide range of applications possessed by the level 5 user.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Unknown.


Time Flare:

User: Kihara Natsu.
Level: 5
Type: Pyrokinesis.
Summery of Effect(s): Ignition, in other words, it is possible to create flames by raising molecules of the target through telekinesis. This can also be used in various ways as the user is level 5.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Unknown.


Railgun:

User: Misaka Mikoto.
Level: 5
Type: Electromaster.
Summery of Effect(s): Ability to create and manipulate electricity. As the user is level 5, there are many appliances, ranging from manipulating metallic objects, to hacking electronic devices.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Unknown.


Teleport:

User: Shirai Kuroko.
Level: 4
Type: Teleport.
Summery of Effect(s): By working out the spacial co-ordinates, it is possible to jump between 3-dimensional and 11-dimensional space, hence the ability, teleporation.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Strength +3, Dexterity +3 (Possible to attack the opponents in unpredictable ways, and faster too. Higher ability to dodge or evade.)


Accelerator:

User: Acclerator.
Level: 5
Type: Vector Transformation.
Summery of Effect(s): An ability that creates a thin field of AIM around it's user, which allows the user to modify the vector values of anything that the user touches, this includes any type objects or projectiles that touches the field from outside.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Unknown.


Tornado Hand:

User: Shirayuki Ayane.
Level: 4
Type: Aero Hand.
Summery of Effect(s): Touching any object allows the user to propels the said object, but unlike the usual effects of the Aero Hand ability, this ability allows the user to create a small-sized tornado from the gust of wind formed after putting the palm on the object.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Strength +3, +2 Dexterity (Destructive power. The tornado also moves quite fast, though it only lasts for 5 seconds.)


Clairvoyance:

User: Minase Tamaki.
Level: 2
Type: Clairvoyance.
Summery of Effect(s): Allows the user to see-through items of objects of layers of cloth or walls. In this particular level, the user is unable to see-through any thick layers.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Perception +1. (Can see-through thin layers.)

Phalanx:

User: Kimera Sadao
Level: 3
Type: Nitrogen Manipulation.
Summery of Effect(s): An ability that uses the nitrogen from the air in order to create small thin layers that can be used to cover parts of the user's ability; a type of a partial-body shield. It can also be used for higher mobility and evasion.
Effects on Statistics upon use: Strength +2, Dexterity +1 (Can be used for withstanding attacks by using nitrogen to cover parts of the body. Can also be used for higher jumps by pushing off the ground with nitrogen, or to run away sneakily by sticking to the wall by creating layers of nitrogen to stick to it.)


Metallic Charge:

User: Minase Sana.
Level: 4
Type: Electromaster.
Summery of Effect(s): Ability to create electricity or use electromagnetic waves to manipulate metallic objects. The user has some applications due to being a level 4 esper.
Effects of Statistics upon use: Strength +1 ~ +3, Dexterity +2, Perception +2 (Destructive powers depending on how it's used. Electromagnetism allows the user to walk on walls and ceilings.)


Multi Point:

User: Tsubame Shou
Level: 4
Type: Teleport.
Summery of Effect(s): The ability that allows the user to make multiple objects, then use the objects' location to create reference points in his mind. This allows the user to teleport to the location of the marked objects, it can be used in a few other ways as well.
Effects of Statistics upon use: Strength +3, Dexterity +2 (On a single marked object, other marked objects can be teleported to it. The user can teleport to a marked object.)


Hydro Hand:

Type: Aquakinesis.
Summery of Effect(s): User can manipulate clumps of water. As per the level, the user can control up to four clumps of water.
Effects of Statistics upon use: +1 ~ +2 Strength (Using damage for combat. Certain things can be effected more if it makes contact with water.)


Aero Hand:

User: Shimizu Junichi
Level: 0
Type: Aero Hand.
Summery of Effect(s): The ability allows the user to create an ejection point by touching an object, which would create a gust of wind and launch the object away. However, the user unable to control this ability, and can only activate it rarely.
Effects of Statistics upon use: Strength +1 (It can hurt... a bit, maybe.)


Heat Form:

User: Li-Hua Zhen
Level: 3
Type: Pyrokinesis.
Summery of Effect(s): The user can create flames by raising molecules of the target through telekinesis. This can be used in various manners as the user is well-versed in martial arts.
Effects of Statistics upon use: Strength +3 (Fireballs, blades made out of flame, can be lethal.)


Decelerator:

User: Hyotoki Fuyuko
Level: 3
Type: Telekinesis.
Summery of Effect(s): The ability that allows the user to decelerate chemical substances of a particular object the user comes in touch with. It is also possible to freeze liquid via deceleration.
Effects of Statistics upon use: Dexterity +1 ~ +2 (Can be used for defense to stop incoming attacks, or to trap/immobile someone in contact with lots liquid.)

Academy City is where Kamijou Touma (who cares about him?) your PC lives, a fully independent educational institution found in Western Tokyo. It is surrounded by high wall, and accounts for one-third of the Tokyo area. 2.3 million (80% of which are students) of the total population resides in the 23 school districts in the city. Each district's features and facilities are mentioned below.
