No, but there's clearly two people in that picture where the ghost is supposed to be. And the lighting is clearly brighter where the second picture was taken from too, maybe an outdoor shot. I hate bad fakes like this, which is clearly either a double exposure or a similar electronic technique (layers with opacity comes to mind, but I'm sure there's more).
