You're working with a proxy (if you want to get technical, VPN), so what happens is your connection slows down depending on that proxy's load. It'll eventually load, obviously more slowly than if you didn't use hotspot shield.

Are you trying to create a private webpage? That's too much work sincce you'd need to setup a back-end with it aswell.
Just make a catalogue. How to create a hentai catalogue. In the excel portion you could use a column for tags and just organize them through that.
