Is it a kid? That's the main question. We have one side that believes that once the embryo (zygote) is formed, it will grow up to be a human being regardless of the sentience factor. The other side (me included) consider abortion up to a point where the fetus is matured to a point where the brain has/is developed. I consider the other side of the argument to be a moral-bound belief that has no base because it doesn't mean because of one child the parents have to sacrifice everything. And I don't understand why pro-life people don't bring up the fact that the mother is the one carrying the burden and that being pregnant could sometimes cause severe health problems. And if she's dying, and the laws say that she can't abort, so she's condemned to die? I call bullshit.

Which is the misconception that most users are trying to correct.

Things like current events in the world, personal experiences that will spark discussion, questions with the intent of being taken at face value, discussion topics of interest that don't fall into Special Interests, etc.

I do want to note that users should make sure their topics do not conincide with the sections in the Special Interests subforum.

I'm willing to do my part and give a hand in this. Then again, I rarely post in Random or post anything that resembles spam in any case.

Though I do think the ease of user tension that Gambler mentioned really has to with whether or not someone's being a prick or troll, because insults and flames get thrown around and the cycle repeats again.

Why in the world is Tommy Lee Jones doing Japanese commercials? Kinda mind-boggling since I never imagined him being interested in the Japanese culture.

What I really hate about each new season is that I always want to watch more than what the fansubbers are actually subbing. In a sense it limits what we watch. There's quite a few series worth watching:

- Spice and Wolf 2
- Bakemonogatari
- Needless
- Taishou Yakyuu Musume
- La Cordo D'Oro ~secondo passo~
- Utawarerumono OVA
- To Love-Ru
- Element Hunters
- Princess Lover

I'm willing to give the other series a trial run before adding to my must-watch list. I think most of these series will run 12-13 episodes if I'm not mistaken.

Sarcasm aside, they lack quality, period.

@Nikon: I welcome this change, and this will also help the forums with less spam. Nowadays I don't venture much into Random because it's beginning to be full of crap, and the distinction between Random and Incoherent Babbling is drawing too thin. Again, this was somewhat the kind of thing I was pushing for before I disappeared for three months, and hopefully we should see a change.

The Taiwanese sausage, aka xiang chang. Unlike the regular Chinese sausage, it contains sugars and the occasional seasoning, creating a fragrant aroma and a sweet taste that goes well with the emulsified pork and fat:

I can't imagine it... I always admired the Kira x Lacus couple. (But at least they could kiss for crying out loud!)

The thing is, Kira and Athrun have experience from the previous war, and their suits are upgraded to the max by the time they face off. Shinn comes off as an arrogant prick and Rey's a little pussy - I might be giving the latter two less credit, but that's the impression I get from them, and that hampers their battle tactics and judgment.

I find that the higher difficulty it is, the slower the players take it, not the other way around. On easy and normal, people like to rush sometimes. I usually play on Advance because it's the only level of difficulty that offers a challenge without the butt-rape of Expert. Advance players usually are more cautious and communicative, because if you aren't, a zombie's 5 damage hit can kill you fast enough compared to Normal 2 damage hit.

Had I known that, I would've chosen the Strike Noir Gundam. I have a beautiful MG model of it on top of my VCR.

Rey was a good pilot, but I don't think he was on par with Shinn. Equal or slightly less in skill.

@Mr. Bushido: maybe if they took Lacus hostage or killed her, Kira would fly in a rage and kill everything in sight.

I’d like to pilot the Murasame Liger and it’s two other forms, the Hayate and Mugen Liger forms. (Too bad Liger Zero was taken, but this is the next best thing in the Zoids universe.)



@luinthoron: I thought the Strike Noir Gundam was a variant of the Strike Gundam, so wouldn't that choice be invalid? I think someone claimed the Strike Rouge Gundam, so yeah.
