I'm usually up at night just by sheer circumstances. My parents don't approve of any of this (anime, manga, games... god knows if they knew about hentai.) so I'm forced to do my stuff at night. And I mean later than 12AM.

There was a reason why the forums were closed for a day, other than the day spent cleaning the forums for spam. Resort Boin was licensed, and Jacob had to deal with all the legal issues and whatnot. (Short summup of the topic that DxT linked to.) That's why Resort Boin was taken down. I don't know about the other videos, but that's something to be looked at.

@Arren: There are so many things in your post about me that are totally wrong, but I won't bother correcting you because I'd be wasting my time. I will clarify one thing: there are your honest noobs, and your noob noobs - they BOTH exist at FAKKU, and more the latter than the former, hence the reason behind my rage/impetus for a new Rules/FAQs. I might have asked for constructive criticism, and while you indeed gave it, you also went far beyond that in your posts (or should I say diatribes?). This will stop here because now you and I are derailing this thread without adding anything new to the Rules/FAQs page itself.

This matter on IRC is closed; I will not put anything about it in the new Rules/FAQs page as I have posted before.

I'm sorry I couldn't publish the Rules/FAQs page as promissed because my my cousin came over and I ended up accompanying her on a shopping spree this weekend. Willingly, I could finish this by tomorrow or the day after.

You guys make a point about the publishment of loli images and uploading loli material, so I'll leave that particular FAQ colored differently to denote a need for discussion. I'll also leave a blank question in regards to licensed material of any kind since I'm not too sure what FAKKU's policy is on that. I know that no licensed games of any sort is allowed... but I for one know that there are probably many of the User Uploads that are licensed, games, hentai, and a whole bunch of others, but tehy're still there... so ???
