Well, to report "bad" material, you have to go on the Megauploads site and report it, clicking a link of some sort I assume. Finding out who clicks that "report" link is bound to take some hacking and some programs. Like you said, your idea ultimately finds a common link, but it'll be a lot of work and there could be many suspects if ever compiled. I don't think it's worth the time nor effort.

Problem is we don't know who reports them, so how can moderators ban people they don't know? Most unfortunately there are no e-footprints that can be easily accessed unless done by hacking.
This is so trite and overused, but I find that the power to use spirit and courage to overcome any obstacle to be totally awesome, and makes the character so goddamn manly - Simon and Kamina from TTGL, and even Kazuma from S-CRY-ed.

It's probably better to crop out most of the black area and part of the lower arm. That way when resizing it, you don't lose much in quality.
Check out the User Uploads Video section to make sure that Bible Black hasn't already been uploaded (which I think it hasn't, but maybe Bible Black and not New Testament). If it hasn't, then use either megauploads or megarotic to upload the videos. Pretty simple. And make sure you refer to the stickies on top of the Video section for further info/instructions.

You may have missed it, but when the 30-post limit was made for entry into the section, the forums were spammed to hell. The entire Fakku forum was shut down for several hours to clean up the mess.
If we decided to only let people with so much rep get into the section, the same thing would happen again, because people would spam to get rep, as I have said.
If you don't want to post links in the User Uploads section without some sort of protection, then don't post your links here. It's as simple as that.

All. Doujins are based off of anime, manga, and games. Anything that isn't based off of copyrighted material is called H-manga.
I thought it was a name, so that clears it up then. But I was translating it in terms of Mandarin, so if this is Kanji, the meaning will be the same, but the pronounciation will be different most likely, and I can't help you there.
Rep isn't the best way to do things either. As I mentioned before in a different thread, the rep system has many flaws and uploaders warp the system. On top of that, I respect certain users with less rep than others that have higher. As far as I can see, a disclaimer is the only thing that will work, though probably a futile effort.

That's a little vague. You need to have it in a sentence to have actual meaning. If you take it as is, phonetically pronounced "ching gwei", it literally means "clear expensive," which makes absolutely no sense according to my mom.

Since I get my stuff through torrents, and the only section I actively download from is the Manga & Doujins section, I gotta say this fuckin dumb. It begs the question of "Why the fuck are you doing this?" And I'm looking at Eranox's rather harsh list of requirements... *counts* and I'm 5 topics short. *goes off hurriedly to create 5 more topics*
But on a serious note, it's like what others said; raising the requirements doesn't work unless implemented from the very beginning.
Though I still can't imagine why people would go around reporting links... damn losers don't have a life, especially when they're getting this stuff for free. How much you wanna bet that they leech, then report the links?
