I think you happened to stumble upon a rare image that had moving pictures, aka a .gif file. I can probably guarantee that the FAKKU staff had nothing to do with it. Also requests to the staff are not allowed by the rules, so yeah.
It's funny because ZeriamoftheNight provided a link to the 6th episode here: https://www.fakku.net/viewtopic.php?t=12003 I got my 6th episode that way... which to be honest wasn't all that great.

I agree that maybe I should present a text of the completed rules/FAQs, but I have to be honest that I'd rather not go through that until I can get someone's approval first. As far as I can see, here are the reactions to the suggestions I made from the very beginning:
1. Users and some staff agree that while this may be an excercise in futile effort, they agree that the rules/FAQs are scattered and messy. Unfortunately, no staff claims to do anything about it even though I stipulated I would. It's like waiting for a signal from above to do something. Why should I rewrite the rules if nobody on the staff has agreed to anything, or give me a chance and then they'll decide? I gave my arguments, which I deem valid and rational enough to hold water, so now I'm currently waiting for approval. (I'm even wondering if anybody went through the mountain of text I posted) If they say no with reason, then that's the end of it and I won't pursue this matter anymore. But if they agree, I'd rewrite the rules within a day.
2. Moderators are currently being scouted from what I heard, least Raze is looking for some. The current countermeasure is to a) report misplaced threads or b) PM FAKKU staff. But it happens everyday, so I hope we can find additions to the moderating staff soon.
3. Post count was done before and failed spectacularly. No go. As for a punitive system, only Mattarat expressed interest in a temporary account ban. No other staff did though in general the users have expressed mild agreement. I don't believe that this is a valid venue, so for now this has been put aside.
I do have a grasp of the solution and I provided an outline of what the new Rules/FAQs would look like, subject to change per circumstances. If it comes to it, I will PM the admins and hear it from the horses' mouths, except I'd rather not do that because then I'd look like an annoying arrogant idiot, but I think that this is too important of an issue to let go of without official opinion.
I'd definitely would need some help in doing this due to the sheer amount of rules and FAQs that one could possibly cover. Spaxxor said that he had experience in writing rules, so his help would also be appreciated.

You might be better off with the torrent than a direct download. I haven't been able to find a proper download site with proper and live links, so yeah. (There was a bunch of links with the 2 CDs split into 9 files, but one of them is dead so it doesn't matter anyways.)
Well, there's always the .avi S&W batch torrent I gave ya. I'm assuming you'd have to convert it to whatever format you desire.
He's the bad-attitude kind of hero that people tend to like. The other thing about Death Note that appealed to the audience was that even if the methods were wrong, he was doing righting wrongs regardless of method and ensuring that justice was met - killing criminals. I don't think he killed people randomly; it was either people who deserved it or people who were after him. If you had the power to right the wrongs in this world, would you use it? This anime answers that, though I suppose the real message at the end was that true justice carries through, in the sense that Light's justice was perverted.
Lolicon is prohibited by the rules, but I agree that a BDSM/bondage category should be created. (I love BDSM/bondage, so yeah I'm behind this 100%)
Well, I wouldn't go so far and assume that everything hentai related has been uploaded... though it would be wise to search through FAKKU's own collection and User Uploads section. So anything you have that FAKKU doesn't, upload away. Don't forget, there's also the images section that you can upload pics to.
Also, just by interacting with the forum is something you can do. More opinions the better. God knows that we only have an active member base of 1% out of the 90000 people. (1000/90000 for example)

I don't particularly find a friend list useful, and once you stick in the forums long enough, you'll know who to respect and converse with, right? Plus, since the memberlist isn't available, I don't think a friend list would be either. Not a bad idea, but I've never heard of something like this implemented on the forums. Maybe IRC chat and IM, but that's about it.
@crimson875: I like your hairstyle; it's pretty cool. (I work out now, so long hair isn't good, blocks sweat ventilation.)

I've seen it implemented on the first forum I was on, and it worked wonders and totally fine. (then the site went down due to lack of funds because it was a anime direct http download site, right-click save-target-as kind.) Sure it would be more coding, but I think it's really useful and handy tool to have around while posting.
