If you like a shoujo Romance comedy, try "Kami-Sama Hajimemashita", it's about a regular girl, who suddenly turns into a local deity.

Honestly, most shoujo series are underrated. There's another one, called "Sukitte Ii na yo", but that's more of a serious love shoujo, since it openly speaks about sex and kissing.

There's that, but for me, it's the 2 filler arcs and the yuri fest by Kuroko that made me drop halfway. Well, that's just me, if you want to watch it completely it's up to you.

You won't lose anything from dropping it halfway. At least the "Poltergeist Arc" is "watchable" since it's tied to the 1st arc of Railgun and giving it a more "happy conclusion".

My advice, watch the first half, which is the "AIM Burst arc", drop it then continue it with the manga.

Correction, Horizon is the kind of anime that only "works in Japan" and for those who actually can think for themselves, while checking info and material sources.
The ones giving "harsh reviews" are the ones who can't even think for themselves and needs to be spoonfed constantly like a baby.

Yes, the 2nd is quite depressing, the /wrist depressing. Compared to the 1st one which is more "dark love" but it's at least happy and linear.
