It is definitely important to localize h-anime because that is one of the view ways (aside from the handful of other countries) that will license, and therefore, de-censor an h-anime.

I'm not ashamed to admit, while not necessarily a deal breaker, it is important to me to be able to see the genitalia to full enjoy an h-anime title. Where as in h-manga, the censoring is often not as pronounced, and considerably easier for amateur artists to redraw the scene.

Here's a tip: Don't buy tickets. The security there is pretty bad. You go down an escalator, there's just this one guy who checks tickets. And there are no other guards inside either. And by check, I mean he just looks and tries to see if you have a ticket or not. No touching or anything. If you just stand close to a group and pretend you're with them, free entrance. If you get caught (I haven't), just make up some bullshit excuse like, "Oh, sorry, I just saw all these people and didn't know what was going on, sorry" and then either try again later or buy a ticket on-site (More money, of course).
