Honestly, like the article mentions, yes, Chinese families CAN have more than one child. I can report that for a fact, having seen it myself and known several individuals there with larger than one child families. Yes, one must fill out paperwork for this, as the article says.
And this case is very tragic. My deepest condolences to that poor mother and father...
However, as the article also mentions: "[the image] spread virally through the internet and forced the Chinese government to admit an illegal infanticide". Thus, this practice is likely NOT something standard, and may have been the result of some unfortunate local policy gone astray... infanticide as a crime is taken VERY seriously these days in China, despite what the West continues to beleive.

If you're seriously concerned, induce vomiting or call the poison control helpline.

Dress nicely. Nothing over the top, but coordinated and appropriate. If your mom wouldn't like you leaving the house in it for the job, probably not a good choice.

Sometimes! But in the winter, it's nice to finish with warm water. In summer, finish with cold.
But, to rinse one's hair with cold water after shampooing seems to work wonders to make it look nice :D

Oh yeahhhhhh. When ever we traveled abroad I'd get tons of em. Now the toys are not as great in quality, so I skip them for the most part and just buy the Kinder bars. MMMMMMMMM. My fave chocolate ever. I love that milk layer.

I did not take my laptop with me, so I couldn't keep up with this thread. Sadly no fakku, but sanshee was there, which was great because I finally got some Pokemon Badges! I had a good time, hentai panels were hilarious.Ah, damn. I wanted to go to a few (AND the rave..) but I had to drive my friend home and wanted to be awake enough to ensure our travels were safe. Usually, my own trip home is really quick as I live nearby, but he lived quite a ways off.
