I hope you're ready for more C79 releases, because you're getting them whether you like it or not.

There are four Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt doujins in this update, and I was particularly excited that one was by Shiwasu no Okina, one of my favorite artists. Make sure you check it out.

I haven't celebrated it yet, since it's only 5PM, but I probably won't do anythign special. I have a few invitations but I don't plan on going anywhere. Games and anime is all I need.

The view online seems to be working for me perfectly fine.

It's possible that there was just high traffic at the the time, or something of the sort. If it's still not working for you, could you give a link to the specific manga? That way we can check it out.
