My five cents on the topic:
I felt sorry for both of them. He was bullied by her and the friends and felt like shit. On top not even his family cared for his worries. She on the other hand seems to have financial worries, to the point where she became really submissive once she realized he could cost her the job. None of them was justified in doing wrongs to the other and after he raped her none of them had any right to complain about the other. It made her crimes even bigger when she said she almost felt sorry for him, like he gave her a taste of what abusing powers tastes and she gets angry. Of course raping her was a severe crime, but she herself most probably bullied him for a very long time. Of course we know nothing about her life and maybe she had reason for her actions, but was it his fault in the first place for being "a rich kid who has everything"? He didn't have it easy himself and until the point where he started to harass her he didn't even act like a spoiled brat. In the end both are broken and guilty in their own regards.
By the way: I'm pretty sure this story will take the "falling in love once they realize how damaged the other really is" tour and I'm not sure how to feel about it...
