I have always seen it when one if my classmates did something other than paying attention in class. I normally would look them in the eyes and would grin like "I know what who are doing at the moment, but I am a generous god!"

I thought that last panel was a comical showing of him killing the guys (like when in an anime someone makes his attack and half the building explodes, throwing out the enemy in the proces)
