I chose the last option. I like a little inadvertent drool, often combined with a somewhat glazed over look in the eyes, as it conveys a bit of a lust-struck look to me. It shows that the person is not completely in rational control, and is very much being swayed by emotion. This expression most fitting in fore-play or other pre-sex scenes. During sex itself, I don't care much for drooling, although I certainly don't have a problem with it.

That said, it's also not an everyday fetish; I often enjoy bossy dominant women, who really shouldn't be that easily affected.
