I just watched the leak of the new rule 63 episode and well... it was a fanfic. Like an actual animated fanfic. No real plot, just shipping.
It makes the first one look great by comparison at least it had plot structure and a twist. This was just "HURR DURR IM MARSHALL LEE AND IM HAWT" stretched to eleven minutes.

Just watched the new episode.
It wasn't bad but it was... different. Like something was wrong with the flow and everyone was trying to be mainstream.

Heh. I'd probably like it more if they told us they based it off Psycho but not outright using the characters' names. Still gonna watch it though. Looks nice.
