I find it interesting that you answered your own question sort of.

By this I mean that you wonder on scanlators sites being taken down. And yet just before that you say the coalition is going against "sites who wrongly make a profit off of work they've never done." And in your last post before this you say that the Scanlators did the scaning and translating work for free. So they made no money by doing that. So how can there sites be taken down for " wrongly making a profit" when they do not make ad revenues from there sites.

Well if you are wanting regular manga and not doujins or something then Mangatraders.com is your friend.

You will have to create a free account to download. And you can only download one thing from one server at a time, but they have five servers. Though they are partially slow right now for some reason. Tip for downloading from there: Pay attention to the litlle blu things to the left of the links. It show what server they are on. So if you do it right you can be downloading 5 things at once.

And they did have Princess lover, but there was only the first chapter. I am going to go check one more site to see if there is more. So I may have more for you soon.

Let's see, your point being that you hate Manga sites that have a company in the background that is making money for doing nothing to run the site.... I just described almost every single manga site except for scanlators personal sites.



Any smart company would want a group of employees that do there work for free. With an easy way to place the blame somewhere other than on themselves when something goes wrong with their product.



I will agree it is the authors that should be making the money. However, people find ways to take advantage of other people's work and use it for there own gain. always have, alwayas will.



I both agree and don't agree with this comment. I agree in the fact that any company that is currently publishing a manga in the U.S. has the right to ask for those manga to not be on a site.(Ex. is what Yen Press has asked Onemanga to do with soul eater.) However I disaggree in the fact that everyone (well at least me) is crying foul over the fact that publishing companies are trying to protect there merchandise. I believe most are are crying foul cause the publishers are saying that not just the ones they are publishing, but all series are not allowed on the sites. including one that are not Licensed here in the U.S.

Other than showing how much value Onemanga has, and how much it makes from ad's. What is this supposed to do other than show what Onemanga does (giving free access to manga).

Chiwa seriously the only way that any of these sites make money is by 3 ways.

1. Donations, which is up to the user visting the site to do.
2. By having Ad's on the site like is done here on Fakku with the Ad's at the bottom of every page. ( which truthfully I hate, since because of it there is no more Loli here. But it has to be there for this site to be run and I would rather have Fakku w/o Loli. then no Fakku at all.)
&
3. Buy idiot site creators who do that premium thing. But who would be dumb enough to do that when it is easy to find sites that have the same stuff without the premium membersdhip stuff.
