Seems like a lot of people peaced out when it became a pay site, amoung other reasons. 2007 was a special time in anime and the anime community for a lot of people. I think those people have moved on because life's a beach and anime is just bad VN adaptations now. Fakku isn't going anywhere, tho, so maybe it'll pick up again someday.

I'm not bothered by fakku switching to a pay site. It was probably the best thing that could have happened to the site and artists and I can get free porn elsewhere. You may be right about my life affecting my opinion of the magazines, but I still think there's a bit of truth to it.

Don't get me wrong, every now and then I'll load up fakku and be like "Got damn!" But most of the time I just see blobs with nipples and a hole. Fakku content isn't that great. Sometimes the art is very questionable, barely professional. Beyond that it just seems formulaic and not very stimulating. Fakku books seem to be of a higher quality.

As for the racism: in IB we let most of the rules go out the window, just don't commit any capital offences; instructing other how to break the law, posting cp or gore/guro, harassing other users, threatening someone, all of that will get you banned and possibly reported to law enforcement if we think it's serious enough.
