Anime Expo is only four days away, so now seems like a good time to officially announce that we will be attending!
It's important to note that we won't have a booth this year. Instead, Mike and I will be wandering around the convention having fun and attending panels (something we rarely have time to do anymore). So if you see us say hello and find out where we are headed, chances are it will be someplace awesome. (Sindalf will be there too, so we can all heckle him about fansubbing nonsense)
That said we have 3 panels and we will be hosting the 3rd FAKKU x Danny Choo meetup! Danny Choo is the host of Culture Japan, a television show airing around the world giving a glimpse of what it's like to live in Japan. Danny is one of the most badass people I have ever met, and I'm personally really excited to have the opportunity to host another event with him. So go check out his website and tell him FAKKU sent you!
Finally, we will be giving out prizes randomly at all of our panels, all you have to do is attend. Or if you come dressed as our mascot Momoka you will get an even better prize. And I really want to see someone cosplay the Bicycle Fairy...
If you have Facebook, join the FAKKU @ Anime Expo 2012 Event. If you use Twitter, follow @fakku, @largehotcoffee, and @weelchais, we will be using all of them throughout the weekend.
See you there!

We'll be there! We won't have a booth this year, but we'll have three panels (and maybe another meetup with Danny Choo). Not having a booth means I'll finally get to explore Anime Expo a little bit and go to some panels and events. More details soon!
I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with the User Uploads forum, they definitely need to be cleaned up! Congratulations on your new position :)
ameblo.jp released some pictures of the upcoming official Link figma from Skyward Sword, and it looks pretty badass. It will sell for ¥3,800 (around $50) and it's going to include the Master Sword and Hylian Shield.

The awesome things about figma's is that they are fully poseable, so I'm personally hoping for some crossover with Revoltech Woody.

The bold has been broken for sometime now. i reported it here: Upgrade Woes - List of Broken FeaturesMr.Shaggnificent wrote...
I don't know if it's related to the "upgrade", but i just noticed that the bold bb code doesn't seem to work.with: bold
w/out: bold
the rest seem to be OK.

on a different note, i don't like the seperation of manga and doujinshi. i'm not an anime fan, so to me the characters don't matter. having to go to two different places seems unnecessary and gimicky. i supose can see having the doujins seperated out for the otaku types who only want to see that sort, but i think they still would fall under manga, and therefore should be left mixxed in that section.
on a different note, i noticed the second part of my quote has been resolved. that is greatly apriciated.
Bold works fine.

As the title said.I usually use segoe print bold, but when I use it, it's just not right.
Let me use a little line for example:
What is this ?
See ? Something's not okay. Did you guys do an update or something ?
Please fix it if you can/want.
Thanks.
We don't support that font. And I'll probably get rid of font support all together at some point.
Continuing last weeks post about ridiculous fast food restaurants getting parodied in anime, this time we are going to talk about everyone's favorite search engine, Google. Or should I say, Goodle (as you'll see in Steins;Gate). And feel free to post your own screenshots in this topic and I'll add them to this post.

Or maybe you like the alternative, Gentle! as seen in Death Note.

And for you mobile users out there, you've no doubt used Googoo or iGoogoo.

And of course there's Coocle [readmore]from Kurenai.

Or Zoogle from Kore wa Zombie desu-ka (contributed by MrShadowzs).

We're all familiar with Google Maps, but I'm gonna start trying out Seggle maps.

Contributed by Harontiar, we have Deluoode from Chaos Head.

And wait a mintue... WE-KEY PEDOPHIRIA!? I have no words for you Japan. I have no words.

As someone who lived in Massachusetts, the state he was governor of, I can assure you he is anything but consistent. Quite frankly, he is a pretty terrible candidate. I can only assume your entire post was being sarcastic (no one would ever actually endorse Mitt Romney), so I'll move this topic to IB.

Our friends at JAST have been known to license and release some awesome visual novels, but nothing quite as awesome as their upcoming release... School Days. Those of you that haven't been around for long should be warned that we love School Days, so much so that we translated and converted into anime an entire ending from the visual novel.
JAST has always been incredibly supportive of the hentai community and they deserve our support in return. In fact, the last time I was in Japan I spent an entire night out drinking sake with the owner of JAST/JList, Peter Payne. He even took me to my first maid cafe.
The English release of School Days is 100% uncensored and 100% DRM-free. No content has been cut. The ship date is currently the end of this month but you can still pre-order the Collector's Edition or Standard Edition. I don't throw my support behind many things, but companies like JAST and releases like School Days deserve every mention they can possibly get. If you like visual novels, buy a copy of this game.
