Now that it's October, I was thinking of running a pumpkin carving contest this year!. What does everyone think? The carvings would have to somehow be FAKKU related and I could give out prizes to my favorites. Anyone interested?

I have been in college for 6 years studying Business Administration (focusing on Marketing) and Web Design. My life goal is to leave college with just enough credits to graduate but never bother to receive my diploma. Then I can roam the Japanese countryside doing odd jobs and helping women overcome their life problems.

All of the css stylesheets for FAKKU are external. Which means that anyone is free to make their own style for the entire site and use the Firefox add-on Style to show it off.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am completely against any form of censorship both inside and outside of FAKKU. So don't think this is somehow me censoring things around here. I just want to see tasteful avatars from now on, these forums are public.

One of the things I received a lot of positive feedback about at NYAF was the ability to use the arrow keys while viewing manga online. It's been a while since I mentioned this feature so for those of you who had no idea it existed, the left/right arrow keys will cycle through the previous/next pages when you view manga online. There is nothing better than having an extra hand available any emergency situations so give it a try.

I'll be making some changes to the forum rules over the next few days that might affect some of you, and one of the rules worth mentioning is.. no more graphic nudity in avatars! This may sound like a weird change since this is a hentai site, but as the admin I try to read through as much of the forum posts as possible to keep an eye on things. And to be honest, I am sick of seeing gaping vaginas and fully erect penises every couple of posts. So no more! And if I come across any avatars that break the rules I will replace them with pictures from some of my favorite nineties cartoons (Darkwing Duck, Dino Riders, Duck Tales, etc), so don't tempt me.

We are going to figure out a way to protect all of the links, it seems the blog was removed due to a ToS violation on the blog site (this is a good thing). If you see any other blogs stealing links, report them.

Had an awesome time at New York Anime Festival this past weekend. Which is funny because a lot of people were suggesting that NYAF wasn't a very good convention. But we met a good 40-50 users from the site and sold over 100 shirts! Got to meet the last Facebook contest winner in person and they received a handful of free stuff from my friends at the Secret Shop (which was in the dealers room) courtesy of J-List. All in all it was an amazing weekend and I will definitely be returning next year.

Later on tonight I will (hopefully) have an update for the site and maybe some stories from NYAF. Until then if anyone went to the convention and wants to post some pictures, go ahead and use this topic.

EDIT: Due to some recent events on the forums I will now be taking over Garfest. This was never an official FAKKU event, and I don't want it to be viewed as one, but it has turned into something that a lot of the users enjoy. I will be creating new battles everyday in order to get it finished as soon as possible. And MOTEMOTE will be starting soon!
