About 12 hours from now at 3:00 PM EST (GMT - 5) we will be doing our first ever developer Q & A with the head writer of Katawa Shoujo. A lot of you saw and liked Mikes post about the game a few days ago so I figured, why not get a writer over here to interact with you guys before the final release?
The Q & A will begin with the head writer making a post on the front page. You will be able to reply to his topic as you would normally do with a news or forum post on the site. You can ask any questions you have pertaining to the game or you can just leave your feedback and opinions. I expect all post to be intelligent and mature. And I will be overseeing the topic to make sure it stays that way, but other than that you guys are on your own! So for those of you who haven't played the demo yet you have about 12 hours before the Q & A begins! And you might want to check out Auras post about the history of the game before he comes over.
Here's a little taste of what you can expect from the final release. And of course this wouldn't be a good update without some hentai, so scroll down to get the goods!

but you know as well as I do that there are some people you want to have that info and some you don't, that fact that you can't really control it even if it says you can is horse shit. Don't get me wrong, I have facebook, I use it daily, have been involved in drama with it and will continue to do so until i leave facebook for good, but the lax personal info security is creating a generation of stalkers. One more thing: you know people can post pictures of me without me being able to do anything about it right? Besides removing a tag there could be photos of me which could hurt me in the long run...I've often worried about putting personal stuff online (my real name, pics, what state I live in), but I always come to the same conclusion - it doesn't matter. Sure, someone could see my real name and mess around a bit and maybe even find my address, but someone could also just follow me home.

try not to use download manager, if the files still corrupt, it's the file but if it's not corrupt anymore when you download it with your browser, the problem is your download managerThis. I do everything I can to thwart download managers.

Are you sure it actually renamed them and isn't just displaying them differently? I'm not sure if foobar even has the function to rename the files directly on its own.
User Favorites are working! You can now add manga to your favorites (I still need to make it look pretty though)
Fixed the checkbox to "Notify of Reply" on the forums not checking
All manga tagged with "None" and "Original" series are now "Original Work"
Oversized images will no longer break the forum layout while the page is loading
Fixed autosuggest not selecting the option you click on in the drop down
Added View Your Posts link to forum landing page (also doesn't look pretty yet)
