Oh, the "Risky Business" thing. Yep, on certain days when I have no projects to work on, especially on bummer Sundays when there's nothing much good shows on TV besides the Food Network.
I just lock my bedroom door, turn on my stereo to 2/3 max volume and play air guitar to rock music. I treat it as unconventional exercise.
