Zac cannot carry late game no matter what though. He is an impressive ganker through-to-through, but someone needs to do the damage he cannot deliver enough when late game hits.
Ashe gains a 1% chance to instantly win the war through Love, Hope and Peace when teamed up upon by Lissandra and Sejuani.
Sejuani gains Sneering Domination (10% buff to all stats, 20% when teamed up against) when facing down any one of her foes.
Lissandra permanently debuffs her foes by 5% (the longer the war goes on, the higher the % increases, up to a max of 40%) with Deception and Betrayal.
... Yeah I'm crazy ~

The way I am now I could comfortably fight against multiple countries. After all, if I still can't keep up after grinding through like ten monster capture quests plus the usual ones I might as well just jump off a roof...
Very short analysis on Gambit Gaming's Edward, and how he contributed to their loss at LCS Finals. Before anyone goes fan-crazy, do know that I strongly believe that Edward support play is number 1 in EU and that he definitely plays better than Fnatic's Support does. Still, they lost.
First, it's his play style. The super-aggressive harass for early to mid-game domination usually works very well, and most players simply collapsed under pressure or fear when he manages to get them right. However, nRated obviously anticipated it and decided to use a most ballsy, solo-queue-ish strategy instead by getting double GP10. He literally conceded his early game ward potential - trusting their skills, communication and teamwork to not falter under Gambit's infamous early gank pressure - in exchange for that late game where he would definitely WIN against Edward through sheer amount of items, even if his skills might not be up to par.
On the other hand, Edward never responded to nRated's double GP10 build. It wasn't his style, and perhaps the pressure to win made him unable to think of any better way to break the counter.
This was nRated's response after realizing that as of now, he is more likely to lose than win if he went on a 'fair' match against Edward, and it worked wonderfully. For most games Gambit's - not just Edward - entire team comp WANTS to shut down Fnatic as soon as possible and close out early, but as it turned out the 2 teams were too evenly skilled for their desired outcome to happen. In the end, it all came down to the 2 supports to tip the favor towards their own, and with nRated being 2 items ahead of Edward in every game they've won - Shurelia's and Twin Shadow - proved that Gold DID matter to supports, and they have more worth than just lighting up the entire map in flames.

anyone playing madou koukaku? Not yet, planning to finish LxC2 tonight, then start playing that. I just hope I'm not overwhelm by the gameplay
I'm waiting. You will report very honestly at this thread how many times you had to replay the tutorial. XD
They changed things from the demo and I ended up having to redo the tutorial fight 3 times lol.
At least you had tutorial experience; I had to replay it 5 times - and when I restarted the game (because I was extremely dissatisfied with my buildings' positioning) I STILL HAD TO REPLAY IT 3 TIMES to win. Like WTF. -_-"
Random rants: I just read Saya no Uta's plot and ending at wikipedia and... What the heck, it's actually interesting! Especially all the endings, damn, Ending 3... *imagines wonderland nightmare*
I went for lunch 30 minutes earlier than the allowed time so I could watch the final twenty minutes of the final game, and damn am I satisfied. XD

GGU wasn't among the top teams of LCS NA. It's just that Dignitas, Curse and CLG (maybe not; they were always a failure) fell apart for whatever reason near the end of the season, and by the blessing of some incredible luck (Curse and Dignitas losing games repeatedly) they managed to claw their way right into the Finals.
Even that last game before should've been completely Curse if it wasn't for them fucking themselves up again and again during the last 10~15 minutes of the game.

You would have to WAIT. Get USED to the delay.
As I enjoy my own VN that came out BEFORE the release date.
*evil laughter*

Madou Koukaku is out.
I promised my housemates (when they're not around) that I'm going to return the 'favor' they so humbly showed me a week before by torrenting to the point I can't read an email.
It is time to make it come true.

Learn J. I suspect that the translation would reduce half of its appeal because the language in this particular VN played an instrumental role.
Finished Supika's route of 僕らã®é 上ã«æ˜Ÿç©ºã¯å»»ã‚‹.
So first, this isn't a review, or should I say not a complete review. I'm not interested in going through the other girls as Supika's seemed to be more of a 'True' route due to the protagonist's connection with her in the past. However, by no means this game is bad and if you're a smitten romantic, do try this game out and I swear you'll love it.
So art wise they're kind of unique. I was slightly disappointed that it wasn't as epic as its poster - half wishing for a plot where the world is dead and the characters in search for hope from the stars or something, but alas - but they certainly look good after a little while to get used to. However, I find that the CGs a tad little disappointing : most of them focus on the characters and for a Visual Novel that boasts the theme of 'Stars' there were certainly very few(Supika route at least) wonderful depiction of the night skies at all. And her story was the one that tied strongest to starlight too.
Music wise, very peaceful. I could turn this on and nap like a baby within ten seconds of its lyrics if I want to honestly. In that sense it is very impressive, though I wish the ED song to be better.
Plot wise, well, I don't know enough to comment except Supika's route. Her problems are very simple, stupid and young, as an innocent and pure girl like her should be. All I can say that it has been a really peaceful ride throughout the VN with a love that never fails to make you smile.

Just finished a neat little Visual Novel named 'Locked In' by LuckySpecialGames. I figured that anything posted on Dischan's store must be pretty good regardless, and I wasn't disappointed this time. If I had to criticize, damn them for introducing another short VN but whatever. =P
Now for the dry, boring BUT spoilerless review! ~v~
Story: A simple, sobering, yet relaxing read that would put a smile on your face. As long as you get the good endings of course.
Visuals: Spot on for a 15 minutes long Visual Novel; the style could not have fit anything longer without boring the readers. Its clear-cut, sharp-edged aesthetics - in strong contrast against Dysfunctional Systems - can be incredibly refreshing.
Sound: Fitting music with a classical feel that matches the atmosphere perfectly. Though the title screen OST can be a little too loud and even annoying, the others are absolutely fine and a please to the ears.
The moral and theme of the story is simple: Redemption. It isn't the most original reads in the world, but regardless this is beautiful in its simplicity spiced with perfect layers of darkness, regrets and humour. Plus it's free! XD So download it, read it, and I may you have a smile on your face for the rest of your day!
