beating the shit out of a Gigantic Box atm. hope to score some phat lewt.update: OKAY WTF I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO HIT IT AND SOME FAG WHO CAME IN AT THE END GOT THE LEWTS? RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE
Attack speed is definitely a key played in that. Also if a bunch of people were in a group their attacks all count in towards the group as a whole for the monster.
Lastly, someone stole our guild name!

What does "See you next tuesday" mean anyways? There's gotta be some inside joke behind it. :o Anyways, I'm rolling a Gladiator on Siel/Asmodian named Larena.
Hopefully after a while when the servers calm down I'll be able to make a character on that server. Until then I'm playing elsewhere. :(
As I said this I was finally able to create an Asmodian. Do you guys need any specific classes? I'm thinking either Gladiator or Chanter since my other character on the other server is a SM.

I just saw these guys this Thursday (Sept. 10) and it was the best show I've seen so far. Koichi was kinda dull, but the energy that is put out by Tony, Wayne, and even Will (their stand-in drummer for this tour) make it such a fun show. They played the following songs (in no particular order):
1. Pushit
2. I'm With Stupid
3. Bled For Days
4. Love Dump
5. Get to the Gone
6. Permanance
7. Black and White
8. This is Not
9. Cold
10. Dirthouse
11. Destroy All
12. The Only
13. Cannibal
14. Destroyer
15. Z28
16. Tera-Fied
17. Stingwray
Tera (his wife) was there too and she was looking good. 8)

Happy birthday to Jacob and happy belated birthday to the other fakku staff. Thanks for the good work. 8)

Been playing this and it's great fun! Games take rather long, more then dota's games at least. And im hating on how some heroes are so OP compared to others.
BTW PSR stands for Public Skill Rating
Thanks, I honostly was just guessing what PSR meant. :P
And to me it seems like -em games last shorter and non-em games last longer than dota games. Either way I guess I don't mind the longer game since it is so much fun. :D
Yea these games don't count for anything, but they give you a sneak peak as to what you can expect this season. Some things I have noticed:
- Cowboys stadium is freakin' gigantic. That giant HDTV that hangs above midfield is so low that the punters hit it. LOL
- Favre needs adjusting.
- Sanchez looked HORRIBLE today vs. the Ravens in the first drive. He looked like he was right out of high school.
- Stafford hasn't impressed me yet.
- Brady looks like he will dominate again even though he thinks he isn't playing as well as he should.
- Vince Young still sucks. :(

It is honostly hard as fuck for me to make this decision. I get to see these guys Sept 10... It is gonna be awesome.
Anyways, I will vote for Shadowzone, but in reality I love them all the same except for Cult of Static and BBB. I didn't enjoy those two as much as the others.

Heroes of Newerth is basically an upgraded DOTA and is still in beta. HoN is a standalone game that does not require you to have Warcraft installed to play. It has new heroes, a lot of the same heroes with a new appearance and a lot of skills have been changed from others. If you have ever had an idea about how dota could be improved (or the battle.net system for playing dota) then there is a good chance it is implemented in HoN. Here are some examples:
- Leavers are penalized and if you have a bad leave % you can't join some games.
- If you accidently disc due to internet problems or a crash you are able to rejoin the same game that you left.
- Easily join the same game your friends are in, or invite others to the game youre in.
- All skills are, by default, bound to q w e r. Q being your first skill and R being your ult. Obviously you can bind all your keys to do whatever you want, but it is convenient to not have to memorize a bunch of diff hotkeys for diff heroes.
- One shop at base. You can click on the recipe and it will have a list of the mats needed to make whatever recipe you are looking for.
- In game voice communication (you can talk to your teammates and talk to others in your specific lane so you can coordinate without bothering the others)
- Countdown stops if a player leaves during countdown.
- Host can swap players to whatever color he/she wants. So you can ask the host "I'm with my friend on the other team" and the host can easily fix that by swapping two players.
- Records a bunch of stats for your account.
- Easily filter the game list to find the game types you want.
- A couple new maps (including one for 3v3 with 2 lanes)
- A rating system (you get points for winning and lose points for losing). If the other team has an overall better psi (the acronym for their skill rating system) then you won't lose many points for losing the match because the other team has a better rating. Likewise, if you are playing against a bunch of people with lower psi you will not gain as much by winning if you played people with high psi. There is also a team winning % that is predicted. For example, if your team has a bunch of low psi players and the other team has high psi players, your team will probably have a predicted victory % of around 30%. Obviously this system isn't perfect, especially the predicted victory/loss %, but I find that the personal player psi is actually pretty accurate. Players that have 1300 and below normally suck donkey balls and players with 1800+ are normally good.
- An autobalancing ability to even out the players' psi to make it so both teams have about a 50% of winning. You can be locked with your friends so when it autobalances it keeps you on the same team with your friends.
- Awesome graphics compared to that Warcraft III engine!!
So if you like DOTA I can almost guarentee you will like Heroes of Newerth. It is currently in beta and I thought they were giving away beta account by facebook? http://www.facebook.com/heroesofnewerth
Anyways, I have one more invite to beta that I can give away...so the first person that posts their email can have it. (If you haven't played dota don't bother asking for the beta because it is a very unique game that isn't enjoyable to a lot of people.)
EDIT: The Skill rating system is PSR, not PSI. I'm assuming it stands for Player Skill Rating.
