Man i got the chillest place in Hell

First Level of Hell - Limbo
Charon ushers you across the river Acheron, and you find yourself upon the brink of grief's abysmal valley. You are in Limbo, a place of sorrow without torment. You encounter a seven-walled castle, and within those walls you find rolling fresh meadows illuminated by the light of reason, whereabout many shades dwell. These are the virtuous pagans, the great philosophers and authors, unbaptised children, and others unfit to enter the kingdom of heaven. You share company with Caesar, Homer, Virgil, Socrates, and Aristotle. There is no punishment here, and the atmosphere is peaceful, yet sad.
Me and the philosophers will get along just fine, we could discuss if we were really in hell or we were just in shock of death and before we died our minds created this place for no apparent reason and that even if it felt like millions of years this could happen in the matter of milliseconds

I have two major questions.
1.Who's house has a window in the kitchen that is below chest height?
2.Why was that lady looking into his house in the first place?
First its the guy's fault for not closing his curtains but its the lady's fault for staring at the naked dude at all. I'm sure the guy wasn't trying to draw attention to himself.

wat i like to say is Amuro and Kira service the same role in their own universes
Kira of course is the Amuro of the SEED universe, they have similar abilities that i think the SEED writers were trying to bring someone that was like Amuro back into the Gundam series, but saying that the writers werent that good in Destiny which doomed it from being a good follow through it should've
