Speaking about DLCs, 360 owners are probably converting to the PS3 version, since all the DLC songs are new songs from the anime.

Ps3 doesn't have region lock, so no matter where you buy your PS3 and the game, you can still play it.
But you need to make a Japanese PSN account if you want to download the new Songs DLC.

Got a friend(FreeOTakuGhost) In Japan, that buys it and then sends it to me. I just need to transfer the payment to his Bank Account, so no payment hassle.
